"Ashi" is an ancient technique first used by monks which transcends beyond physical healing. This is a deeply grounding and unique massage performed with the feet while the therapist uses over head bars to customize pressure and deliver long luxurious strokes. A combination of hand techniques can be integrated into the session as well. It is great for people that love deep pressure and the "good pain", but totally adaptable for those who do not. As with all of our massages, you are welcome to include free add ons such as muscle balms, hot stones, aromatherapy, reflexology, cupping, himalayan salt foot treatments into any massage FOR FREE. (does not add on time to session)
