Pumpkin spice and everything nice—we just love this season and that it gives us the excuse to treat ourselves to indulgences like a pumpkin smoothie! We’ve been sharing plenty of recipes and DIY spa treatments that celebrate the bounty that’s straight from the pumpkin patch, and here’s one more. It’s a quick and simple pumpkin smoothie recipe, and it tastes oh-so-good!

Pumpkins possess Vitamin A, Vitamin C, and zinc properties, which help promote healthy skin and eye sight.Other benefits of this seasonal squash? Pumpkin is rich is beta-carotene, said to potentially reduce cancer risk.
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 cup vanilla yogurt
2 cups of ice
2 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Blend all ingredients. (Yes, that’s it!)
Helpful tip: “If you wanted to make it more decadent you can add almond milk, half & half, or even eggnog. Be creative and enjoy,” Kim says.
