Dairy-Free White Chocolate Peppermint Fudge Bites

Using lucuma powder, we created a recipe for a dairy-free peppermint fudge perfect for the holidays!
What you’ll need:
1/2 cup lucuma powder
1/2 cup coconut oil
peppermint flavor (a dash of peppermint extract)
nuts (we used a handful of pecans)
1/2 cup water
What you’ll do:
Mix together add the water last – place in a fun mold – refrigerate overnight – take out and enjoy! Be sure to leave the leftovers in the fridge!
