To continue our love affair with pumpkin we wanted to share an easy no-bake recipe for one of our favorite snacks, Pumpkin Spice Protein Bites. They are great for powering up your energy for workouts and helping you power through that 3 o’clock slump. Get the recipe in the video below, plus learn more about the benefits of pumpkin!
What you’ll need (all ingredients, including the pumpkin that we clearly forgot to mention!)
1 cup of pecan meal
1 cup of unsweetened coconut flakes
1/2 cup cashew butter
1/3 cup agave (can also use honey)
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 scoops protein powder
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup organic pumpkin pie mix (if you use organic pumpkin be sure to add a little cinnamon and nutmeg!)
