Sip on Holiday Flavor: Easy Crock Pot Spiced Apple Cider

Hot spiced apple cider is a holiday favorite and this recipe from our expert, Dr. Will Clower, is a breeze! Just grab your Crock Pot, some apple cider, and some spices and enjoy a warm cup on a chilly winter night with your friends and family! For some added fun, serve you cider in cored out apple “cups” with a cinnamon stick!
What you’ll need:
1 gallon apple cider
12 whole cloves
3 3-inch cinnamon sticks
2 whole nutmegs
2 chunks crystallized ginger
What you’ll do:
1. Mix ingredients together and place in your slow cooker.
2. Heat on high for 2 hours.
3. Simmer on low to keep warm until ready to serve.
Don’t have a slow cooker? Mix the ingredients on your stove top for 30-minutes
