Terrible front desk associates, got our appointment time wrong, accused us of being late and acted Extremely rude to the point of us walking out of the salon because of their disorganization and salon snob attitudes. Poorly managed. They have lost all 3 first time clients business. Don't bother spending your time or money at this salon...their website quotes: "One of the most prestigious salon and day spa associates"...what a joke. I have never been so poorly treated as a customer.

I visited Michael Thomas Salon for the first time and it was wonderful! I frequently get massages but never like the one i had there. It was amazing!!! I also needed a new look, cut and color. My hair has never looked better! I get compliments everywhere I go!!!

Received a spa day as a gift and LOVED it!!!! Had a Facial, Massage, Manicure & Pedicure. Couldn't have been more pleased all the technicians were professional and did a wonderful job. I did upgrade my facial to four-layer facial and my skin GLOWED when I left I felt like a new woman. I had some nail art done with my pedicure and it looked beautiful. I'll be back for more pampering.
