I recently visited the relaxation rooms and who would of thought a spa in town centre can be so relaxing and calming. The girl who greeted was very friendly and my therapist was a lovely young lady. I would 110% go back as all the previous spas/ beauty salons seem to have the one in one out approach this spa however makes you feel very welcome and at home.

I can highly recommend this spa, the whole experience was exceptional, staff, treatment, value for money and the actual relaxation room within which you get to savour every last drop of your treatment in an ambient atmosphere, as opposed to being chucked straight back out into the frantic world.

My husband bought me a gift voucher for an Ultimate Pampering Package which was amazing. The staff there are so down to earth and friendly made me feel very special and pampered. Which is what I needed as I recently have had a stressful year. I have visited many spas and salons over the years and have to say this is one of the best I have ever been to. The staff are very helpful & professional and know what they are doing. I will definately be returning and even bought some vouchers for friends which have a whole year expiry date which is great as they are all busy mums like me.

I Am very dissapointed as I had made an appointment with the spa as I was going away the next day and the staff had no idea that I was booked in? will not go there again!

The most amazing and beautiful day spa in and around guildford. The moment you walk in there is a beautiful aroma smell to the moment you leave. The staff there are fantastic and very calming. 5* rated!
