I went to the Immersion Spa in AC and had an amazing time! The facilities were first class and the massage I had was awesome! The therapist was professional and thorough and the views were amazing from the room. The only drawback was when I attempted to use a gift certificate to checkout....apparently Immersion's account was "locked" and my gift certificate could not be accepted so I had to use my debit card and 3 days later I still don't have a refund. Very annoying to say the least....would love to return but this is the kind of thing that leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

My two sisters and I spent the afternoon at this spa and got facials. Two of us ended up with the same pushy lady that talked us out of the facial we wanted into a more expensive one and my third sister had a pleasant experience. I wish I could remember the pushy ladies name but she claimed she knew what was best for me and insisted on doing the facial she wanted to do and no other one - it made it really uncomfortable for me throughout the process. It should have been a lot more comfortable.

I can't offer too many compliments for Immersion. We were there on a September Saturday and it was all-around awesome. Yes, it is very expensive if you go for just one service and leave. But if you think of it as an all-day experience, it's not outrageous. My boyfriend and I arrived early, around 10am, for separate "rock your senses" massages, then spent the next 8 hours lounging, napping, getting lunch delivered to us poolside, working out in the gym, swimming, and blissing out in the whirlpools. The staff were courteous, helpful, and professional at every turn. The provided robes and slippers were comfortable and the facilities immaculate and beautiful. The view, of course, is terrific; if it had been a prettier day, probably would have been breathtaking.Loved the eucalyptus steam bath, perfect after massage. The little snacks and array of beverages were really refreshing and there were all kinds of reading materials. One small complaint was that the ladies in the communal lounge/waiting room were way too festive and chatty for me, so I took myself to the women-only whirlpool room and enjoyed the same views in quiet solitude. Problem solved!Absolutely will do it all again the next time I'm in Atlantic City!

This was a nice spa. This facility was pretty but not as luxurious as some of the five star destination spas. However, I did receive a wonderful facial.

I can't believe this spa is in Atlantic City. The swanky decor, sumptuous amenities (Fekkai products in common room!) and overall professionalism of the staff really rocked my vacation weekend.I had a massage and mani/pedi. My masseuse really worked out all the kins in my back and the follow up mini leg massage during the pedi practically put me to sleep. It was so easy to forget I was only 100 miles away from home.

I had a facial done here in December 2009. Wonderful. Even the xtractions weren't too painful, and I really felt like a I looked great afterward, not like a train wreck. Can't wait to go again!

i just returned from the waterclub, where i had a sweedish deep tissue massage. It was by far the WORST massage i have ever received, Essentially i paid $150 for someone to rub oil on me. At not time did the women ask me how the pressure was, or how the massage was for that matter. After asking the women to please increase the pressure multiple times, nothing changed. When i complained to the sap manager she said she could offer me a 20% discount on future services. Like i wanted to return. So she gave me 20% this service. Now i only paid $120 for someone to rub some oil on me!!! The room was very bright and backround music was very loud. I will say the steam room was great though. but save your money, for a very pricey hotel and spa, the services were sub-par

This is Atlantic City?? Wow! The city has come a long way. Our visit to the Water Club was a pleasant surprise and we had a few services at Immersion which made our stay fantastic. The spa was breathtaking (for the most part) and the service was excellent. We were both a bit disappointed in the Mens & Womens Lounge areas...they seemed like they were lacking. Uncomfortable hot tub, pointless "deluge" showers (which didn't get hot), and an uninviting cold plunge. I also wish they had more of a beverage selection. A small shot glass of grapefruit juice just didn't do the trick.Besides those concerns, our massages & facials were fantastic! My massage was with John and my facial was with Marina...both were pleasant, extremely professional and had hands that were to die for. My girlfriend had a massage with Nicole and a facial with Colleen....she was completely satisfied and loved every minute. The pool up in the spa was nice...we made a whole day out of our visit. Ordered lunch by the pool...read some magazines...took a nap. Next time, I'd spread out our services instead of having them back to back. No reason to rush.Overall, we were really pleased and surprised! We'll be back
