Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa- Anthem

Me and my wife had a facial yesterday, it was an amazing place to go. They made us very comfortable and yes I would go again. By the way the girls up front they were so friendly and nice...!!!

I received THE worst message. Do not trust Hand and Stone's integrity or their assessment of value or service. It was rough, and had left my back sensitive and sore for well over a week past the message. Visiting the area, I wanted to take in a relaxing message. I have had numerous message treatments in various settings. I have invested in regular sequential message treatments over the years. This was damaging and the worst of the worst. It was conducted by a very young man fresh out of school. There was no warning or discount for being his test subject.

Do not try and use the Spafinder gift card here!!! they are very rude and will not make an appointmnet for you unless you give a credit card to hold the appointment.

After many massages at this spa, I have never been disappointed. I am always greeted with a friendly smile from the professional staff. The massage therapists are very skilled. The facials I have received have remarkably improved my skin's texture and appearance. The cleanliness of the spa, the relaxing and beautiful ambiance, and professional attitude of the staff, all lend to the exceptional experience. Their gift cards are a favorite among my family and friends.

I needed a massage recently and went to Hand & Stone in Anthem AZ for their introductory offer. It started with being greeted by what I can only say as a VERY inappropriately dressed woman at the front desk. I later found out she is the owner. Besides the overly short skirt and extremely tight shirt, she was hardly pleasant in the least. The massage was only alright. The therapist was obviously not experienced. I was not impressed and will not go back. You truly do get what you pay for.

My husband and I have both been very happy with our massage service at Hand & Stone in Anthem. The massage therapists have been friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly give great massages! We have both been back several times and are considering the membership they offer.
