I went there only because I received a gift card for my birthday. The staff were rude and the place was cramped. Not the environment Id expect from a "premier" spa! Stay away.

I went in for a relaxing massage, and that's what I got. At first walking in, the welcome area is small and I was skeptical. However after checking in, I was led to a calming room with a small waiting area next to sunny windows with lounge pillows to sit on. There were dried fruits and nuts as well as cucumber/lemon water and tea or coffee to enjoy while I waited. It also included many products that they ended up using on me later. After filling out a registration form, as it was my first time at this location, I was led to a room for my massage. She asked me questions about what part of my back I wanted massaged while my foot sat in a foot soak and she prepared aromatherapy to my liking, as well. The 45 minute massage was great. I also got an "organic treat facial" as well for $10 which made my skin feel great. Thanks to Jessie, it was a relaxing experience.

I have been going to Amanda for about 4 years. I have tried other therapists that were covered by insurance -- but no one else can relieve my back and shoulder pain as well as she does. She has always been professional, with expert massage skills and with exceptional customer service skills. I also see illana for waxing services, and she is wonderful -- sweet, kind and professional. I recommend this spa to everyone I know.

I tried this spa even after seeing the review warning of the massage therapist text messaging because she was reviewed from a friend. Amanda seemed nice at first, unfortunately, I should have followed my instincts and stayed FAR AWAY! Most of my massage was done using one hand which was really weird considering I consistently asked for more pressure. Amanda was distracted and unresponsive. She recommended a chiropractor, Dr Alorna who happened to stop by while I was there, but all they did was talk about personal things and Amanda's upcoming wedding. I quietly paid and will never go back.

My husband and I have been going to this Spa for more than 2 years. Amanda is the best therapist I've ever been to. I have significant back problems and the massage Amanda provides is amazing and so helpful. The facials are great too! My daughter drives out from Chicago to go with me.

I have been going to A Premier Massage and Day Spa for years, but never really felt the need to leave a review. After seeing some of the ubsurd lies that were being posted about my favorite spot for massage and facials, I decided that my voice needed to be heard as well. The atmosphere is unique and relaxing, and the massages I have received every 2 weeks from Amanda have always been relaxing and exemplary in every way. She has always treated me with the utmost respect, is very modest with draping, and delivers a massage like none I have ever experienced. I always wake up after the massage is over feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I would refer this spa to ANYONE!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE A Premier Massage and Day Spa! I've been to other places and seen other therapists, but never was too impressed.... and then I met Amanda. She is AMAZING!!! Not only does the massage feel great, but the effects last weeks! I also LOVE Ilana, an esthetician at the spa. Thanks to her, my skin has never looked or felt so good! I may be getting older, but I SWEAR, I'm looking younger!!! I would AND have recommended this spa to anyone. I'm so impressed with every aspect of the spa from the therapists, to the atmosphere, to the AMAZING Eminence skin care products (which I'm addicted to)!..... Did I mention I LOVE this spa?!?!

I am so happy with Premier Massage! I have been going to see Amanda for over a year now and I feel like a million bucks after every massage I get there. The entire staff is very friendly and professional and I always feel loved when I am there. I would never go to another spa and I recommend Amanda and her staff to anyone looking for a relaxing experience. Two thumbs up Amanda!

I have been coming to this spa for years and enjoy every aspect of the spa. Amanda has been my massage therapist since the spa opened, and I couldn't be happier. I have recently started to also come in for facials, and both of the estheticians that I have seen have been great. I would recommend this spa to anyone, anytime. The owner, Amanda, brings her phone in and text messages while she gives you a massage. I didn't notice it the first few times, but when her phone vibrated sitting on the table next to me, I started paying more attention. After a couple more visits, I realized this was a regular occurrence and has been happening the whole time. When I called to cancel my next appointment, I told the girl on the phone why, and she confirmed this happened all the time and gave me the name of three nearby spas to try. I will not be going back to this place!
