The manager alittle frazzled
It was my daughters birthday and we went to the spa with for a massage and facial for the both of us. I printed out the coupons I ordered and gave them to the receptionist. We had professionals do our treatments, but when we came out being very relaxed the manager approached me and told me I had to go home and reprint out the coupons in a frazzled fashion. I had to convince the manager to let me use her computer to reprint the coupons! Finally although they were clearly visible with the numbers that she needed she made me print each one out and then accused me of only giving them two of the four coupons worth $500.00 in total. When I told her I gave her receptionist 4 she said she only had two although it was clear on the screen I purchased four and they misplaced them temporarily. So much for relaxation. I would not return because of all that she put us through and did not offer anything for my inconveniences. This was my daughters birthday present!

Paid for 1 Hr, received 1/2 treatment
I went with my sisters and other family members to Tres Jolie for special outing. The ambiance was lovely, however I was very disappointed in the value. I paid for a one hour facial and spent about 1/2 hour with nothing but my hands and feet in warming mitts while the aestheticism was absent. When asked about my service, I relayed my dissatisfaction however, Tres Jolie seemed unconcerned. Consequently, we will not consider this salon for upcoming special occasions.

Impressed and excited
Went to Tres Jolie Day Spa for a massage and was thoroughly impressed. The staff was extremely knowledge and professional. I walked in with over-exerted muscles and the masseuse stretched and help target those areas. I danced for 14 years and she could tell and talked to me about ways to strength and maintain healthy joints. I was impressed! I feel like a million bucks. I also discussed using their location for mani and pedi's for my bridesmaids. The receptionist was wonderful and was able to book us appointments for all of us! (6) She suggested we book early, which we did, to ensure proper staffing and privacy. I felt that the staff was a bit stiff, other than the receptionist, but over all I really like it there! It is reasonably priced for the services and relaxing location. I have all intentions of returning and recommending for friends and family.

All around wonderful spa experience!
I have been a customer of Tres Jolie for 3+ years and have yet to find a complaint. The front desk staff is incredibly attentive and customer service oriented, as I am always greeted with a friendly smile upon my return. I have frequent massages and facials and the level of professionalism displayed by the therapists has never been anything but exceptional. Tres Jolie is a must for anyone looking for a relaxing day at a spa in southwestern CT. Well worth the trip!

Excellent Service All Around!
I have been a spa regular for many years for facial, massage and waxing services, but Tres Jolie is the only place I have become a regular. The service all around is excellent- some of the best massage therapists and skin care professionals I have ever had treatments with. They always have excellent product recommendations without being pushy about sales and best of all everyone is friendly and welcoming- no attitudes here. Every product I have tried at Tres Jolie has been worth the investment and my skin has never looked better. The front desk staff is welcoming and attentive too, which is sometimes hard to find there days.
