My boyfriend bought me a spafinder gift certificate while he was deployed to the desert. When I first showed the certificate, the front desk clerk acted like it was a burden that I was using it since it was printed from my email (it's not like he can walk down the street and buy a gift card). Then kept me waiting for almost 20 mins before advising me that it was acceptable. That was my only bad experience. Otherwise, the massage and facial were to die for. And since I was a first time customer, they gave me $10 off my next massage. The two ladies that helped me were so sweet and my massage therapist listened and really worked on my problem areas. I will definitely be going back to see these two wonderful ladies.

Employees argued who was going to give me my massage while I waited for 20 minutes hearing every word. The girl who was scheduled to give me mine was throwing up in the bathroom from a hangover ( I could hear this as well.) Then exited the bathroom to continue the fight with the girl from the front desk. They found someone else to do my massage, but no apology, discount, nothing at all. I felt like a huge burden to the spa, I think they size you up the second you walk in the door, the degree of respect you are showed is how much money they think you have. For sure find another spa who deserves business, not Renaissance.

I just moved to Oklahoma city, Oklahoma and was looking for a place to get my monthly eyebrow waxing. They did a great job i had a couple bad experiences the last few times i got them done but they shaped them exactly how i wanted!

I have only had a pedicure at this spa since this is my preferred treatment, but what a pedicure!! It was a little pricer than most salons ($60), but well worth ever penny, especially if it's a splurge or special occasion. The staff is nice and attentive, the salon is clean, the wait is very short. Definitely would recommend.
