    Relax & Heal Massage is an intimate spa located in the heart of the North Addison business district, providing one-on-one spa and massage services to clients. Earth tones add to the spa's calming atmosphere with other decorative touches including modern furniture pieces. In the spa treatment room candlelight, a water fountain, and music create a relaxing space for treatments. Relax & Heal is "committed to providing the very best in personalized massage and spa treatment services." Services include a variety of massage modalities such as Swedish, deep-tissue, couple's, hot stone, pregnancy/prenatal, reflexology, myofascial, sports and chair. Corporate chair massage and in-home therapy as well as at-home spa parties are also available. The Relax & Heal Signature treatment incorporates an exfoliating hand and paraffin treatment, aromatherapy foot soak, hot stones and Swedish massage.

I visited Relax & Heal earlier this week and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I arrived just a bit early, as it was my first appointment and knew there would be some paperwork. My therapist got me into the massage room right on time so that I was able to get the full hour. She was great and spent most of the time working specifically on the key areas I pinpointed, although she was sure to give a full body massage as requested. I tend to enjoy quiet during a massage, and she seemed to sense that, so I spent most of the time zoning out, listening to the relaxing music and decompressing... just the way I like it! From time to time, she'd offer little pieces of information or advice about specific areas of the body, which was helpful.I'd recommend this establishment to others. It is clean, the atmosphere is peaceful and calming, and my massage was completely professional and entirely satisfying. I will definitely schedule a return visit!

I had gotten a Spafinder Gift Card for my Birthday and decided to have a masaage. I had massages in the past but it had been at least 10 years ago.So I decided just to do a 30 minute massage. To my suprise after 30 minutes I felt so relaxed and it was the best massage I had ever had.Michelle is so good at working on the areas that need the most attention which was my back and neck that usually are very stiff and tense areas. Afterwards my tension was gone which left me completely relaxed for a couple of days which is not common for me.I have continued going back for this wonderful experience.I highly recommend Michelle for your next massageyou will enjoy it.

I received a Spa Finder gift certificate for Christmas and searched for just the right place to redeem it. I prefer smaller spas instead of the larger so was thrilled to find this cozy and comfortable location. Michelle, the owner, is both friendly and professional and gives an awesome massage!! The atmosphere from the moment you enter is warm and inviting...which proves to be the perfect formula to achieve total relaxation and rejuvenation. Looking forward to returning soon!

I received a Spa Finder gift certificate and since I was new to the city my sister-in-law called around to find a place for me to use the certificate. She recommended Relax and Heal based on her phone conversation with Michelle! I am so glad she did. The intimate environment is perfect for someone like me that doesn't feel confortable in big day spas and although I was 23 weeks pregnant when I received my massage, Michelle really worked me out and made me feel comfortable. She was very knowledgeable about prenatal massage and was careful while focusing on the areas I asked. I will be getting another prenatal massage from her before I deliver and would recommend her to anyone. I also can't wait to get a regular massage from her once I have my baby!

If I had any reservations at all about getting a massage someplace other then one of those large day spas they quickly vanished the second I stepped in the door. I was warmly greeted my Michelle who was not rushing to finish with another client which let me know that for the next hour and a half she would be focused only on me. Rather then rush me into my services, since I was early we chatted while I filled out my client form, she answered all my questions and I felt like we got to know each other which made me really comfortable. The entire time I felt like a movie star with my own private massage therapist whose only goal was to make me feel as wonderful as possible. Since her web site doesn't advertise being a spa there are not a ton of services to choose from but if you get the Relax and Heal Signature, in my opinion you get an awesome sampling of what she has to offer. Once we were finished, I felt like I had been there for 4 or 5 hours only to realize it was just the full hour and a half. I was so relaxed! Michelle was extremely professional yet warm and friendly at the same time. The prices are very reasonable so you get you get an amazing massage with out breaking the bank. It's truly a great find if you prefer a more intimate setting. I have to say Relax and heal Massage has a new customer for life! *An added bonus she sells these hand made soy candles that smell amazing!*

I visited this spa, for the first time, and selected the one hour deep tissue massage. Michelle was awesome and did not skimp on the time. The atmosphere was pleasant and very relaxing. I felt so much better after my session and booked another appointment on the spot.I am considering taking my boyfriend for a couples massage.Excellent job Michelle...

The best massage i've ever gotten! Michelle's amazing, super nice and very thorough. The room was lit with candles and very nicely decorated as well. My sister and I had the relax and heal signature package and we absolutely loved it. She's great at what she does and I would definitely reccomend her to everyone!

I arrived early and she was already there. The massage was exactly 1 hour -just as planned. It was very relaxing and soothing. The atmosphere was serene and alittle music was playing and water fall in the background. It was very quiet, I was able to rest and relax- without feeling having to conversate.The price was affordable, and I'd definitely return.

I moved to Dallas a year ago and I tried a few spas before I stumbled across Relax and Heal massage on the internet, and thank god I did! Michelle is by far the best massage therapist I have EVER had. Every time I go she does an amazing job, she listens to what I would like done, and she works on me the entire hour unlike many massages I have had where they try and stop early.She has great prices and monthly specials and Michelle is the owner so you will get her everytime you go in. Trust me you will be so happy you found her!
