Sofitel Biarritz le Miramar Thalassa has 126 rooms and suites, ranging from the 25-square-meter (80-square-foot) Classic rooms to the 40-square-meter (130-square-foot) Junior Suites. All rooms have a modern, neutral decor and include a terrace overlooking either the sea or city. All rooms are en suite and feature satellite TV and air conditioning.

The hotel has a choice of two restaurants: Le Relais and Les Pibales. Le Relais uses fresh seafood and local produce to create a selection of gourmet dishes, while Les Pibales offers a menu aimed at calorie-conscious guests, with each dish under 400 calories.
