The massage therapist was very professional and experienced. I felt very relaxed from the moment I entered the therapy room. Music, lighting and temperature adjusted to your personal preference. I added aromatherapy to my massage which added even more relaxation to my experience. I can't wait to go back.

The staff was very friendly from the beginning. What impressed me the most was the personalization of the massage as well as the room I was in. My therapist made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I would highly recommend Hand and Stone to anyone who is looking for some relaxation.

I took mom here on Mother's Day for a facial and massage, since they have reasonable intro prices. So we went in and enjoyed being pampered. Unfortunately, my mom had an allergic reaction to one of the face creams later that day since she has very sensitive skin. And so she called them and they invited her to come back in for an additional deep cleanser facial for free and her face healed great! Their customer service and knowledge in their products are beyond any other spa we've been to. Now my mom and I include a full body massage on our mother/daughter nights once a month.

I was refered to Hand and Stone by my mother when I was experiencing back pains associated with my job. I called the Happy Valley location and I was able to be seen that very night. Upon entering I was greeted by Sadie at the front desk she was very knowledgeable about the services and also very wonderful to work with. The atmosphere was very soothing and calming and my wait was very minimal Danielle, my massage therapist payed very close attention to my needs but she also made sure I was comfortable at all times. In the end I wound up getting a great deal for a membership with Hand and Stone and I highly recommend anyone looking to seek them out.

After receiving a gift certificate I visited Hand & Stone. The service from the time I walked into the door until I left was outstanding. Sean was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. The staff was not pushy about purchasing services I didn't want, but they did provide me the necessary information. a wonderful experience.

I had a very relaxing and peaceful experience with my first visit to Hand & Stone. From the moment I walked in until I walked out. It is clean, fresh and calm. I had a wonderful deep tissue massage and felt so rejuvenated after. So much so I became a member and plan to go back often. In fact I am bringing 3 friends with me so they also can have a tranquil rejuvenating experience. We all deserve to treat and pamper ourselves. I highly recommend Hand & Stone.

This business is located in the shopping center by New Seasons in Happy Valley, and is very convenient. The staff is friendly and outgoing, and the rooms are clean and well tended. The facial I had here was only average, but my massage with Katie was great.

I had an excellant facial at this neighborhood spa. The price was reasonable, the staff was knowledgeable. It was one of the best faicials I have have had in any price range. I also had a massage, it was average. I am glad there is something local and close to home. I hope it is a sucess.

This spa is located in a newer strip mall by New Seasons. It's at the edge of newer real estate development that stalled with the housing crisis, so it's a nice location that's not getting much business traffic (was built and opened before the housing really expanded past it). The spa is convenient with shopping errands and is easy to schedule last minute appointments. But I find that it feels empty and like you're the only customer they've had for hours, in an eerie way. The staff is generally young, probably because the low volume can only attract newbie staff just starting out. This spa is decent if you live nearby, are hurting for a massage and just need any body work you can get. If you want a full-blown cozy experience to splurge on, then skip this place and go somewhere else in town.
