New Reflections Salon and Spa's believes that spa services are not just a luxury, but an important part of creating balance and wellness in life. The spa's goal is to provide wellness-oriented massage and facial treatments designed to relax, repair, and renew the body and mind. There are seven treatment rooms and a relaxation room provides a quiet place for clients to begin treatments. Clients can also take advantage of two bathroom facilities equipped with showers, body and hair products, blow dryers, and styling tools. The spa's results-driven facial and massage treatments are customized, and other services include waxing and body exfoliation treatments. Prices are based on appointment day and time, with the most popular slots offered at a premium price. The spa also hosts a Girls Night Out event.Location

I just started going here a couple of months ago and now I am hooked on the shellac manicures. They look very natural, last for two weeks and don't damage your nails!

I love it here! My favorite stylist moved out of the state in 2003 and it took me 4 years to finally find a great salon and stylist. I discovered New Reflections in 2007 and was a dedicated customer until I myself moved out of state last year. The search for another new place has been so disappointing that I now schedule appointments during my quarterly trips to Minnesota. My stylist was Heidi G. and she is truly gifted. She's focused and takes her time making sure I always understand what she's doing and that I'm okay with it. I'm always over joyed with the end result of my hair. The spa services are also excellent. Bikini waxes are never a comfortable experience, and I've had several with inexperienced, snotty aestheticians. The young woman who did the service was confident and professional and made the experience as comfortable as possible. I could tell that she knew what she was doing - no awkward chit chat - no fumbling around. She was very friendly - but got the job done fast and had me on my way. I love this place! I have no need to ever go to another salon.

I recently had a Hot Stone Massage and it was wonderful! The waiting area of the Maple Grove location for the spa was a little small and actual spa rooms were right outside of the bathroom and waiting area (2 chairs available for spa and manicure/pedicure waiting area). Despite the closeness of the rooms to the waiting area, the actual treatment was wonderful and I recommend it to anyone waiting to try a hot stone massage.

Being a first time client at New Reflections, I was given a checklist to savings! I was able to take advantage of many offers in the salon and spa and upon completion of the checklist I will receive $25.00 in rewards points towards service or products.
