I went to Splash to use my SpaFinder and was so pleasantly suprised I've been back several times! They offer the whole package. I can get a manicure while my color processes to save time. They have wonderful facials that really give results! My husband can get a message while I get my hair done so we're both happy. The staff is to notch!

I was recently there for a facial and met with Sharmayne one of the nicest Estheticans I've ever met. She was so knowledgeable on the prodcts Shira which I stocked up on. And even gave me extra hot towels. I love the fact that she wasnt pushy with sales and used machines on me that I've never experinced before and took care of all my problems.I've now become a member and go to see Sharmayne for my monthly anti aging facials with Collegen sheets. And bodywraps and bikini wraps. If I could ever recomend a wonderful facial experince it would be here at Splash.

This salon/spa has a decently knowledgeable style team, however, it's location is less than desirable. It is in the middle of the Bridgewater Commons Mall making it loud and busy. For a quick style or cut it's fine, but if you are looking for a relaxing Salon experience I would go elsewhere.

I've been to Splash Salon and Spa twice. My previous salon closed unexpectedly and after doing some online research I decided to give Splash a chance. My first appointment was with Marisol for a haircut. She was very nice, saw me on time, listened to my concerns and made suggestions. Overall, I didn't feel bad dishing out twice the amount of money I usually pay for a haircut. I had made my next appointment with her, but a few days before the appointment, I received a call saying that she is out of the country and that they need to cancel my appointment. The woman who called was very pleasant and professional. I decided I couldn't wait for Marisol's return and made an appointment with Colleen. My appointment was for this past Saturday, a day before Mother's Day. I arrived on time, gave my name to the receptionist who acknowledged me and said she would let Colleen know that I am here. I kid you not, I waited 25 minutes and not one person came out to say "Sorry, she is running late, can I offer you some water or anything?". I had my kid with me at the time, so timeliness was of the essence. Granted, the salon was a zoo, people coming and going, phone ringing non-stop, one of the owners enlisting the help of the mall cops to escort an irate customer out. I have seen several employees walk right by me to get their drinks and not one of them as much as smiled at me or asked if I am being helped. After 25 minutes I have had enough and walked over to the receptionist and told her that I've been waiting here for a long time. She looked at me with what could easily be described as a "deer in the headlights" look, glanced at the computer screen, looked back at the stylist's station and told me "Oh, she is still working on a client". Not the response I expected. Something along the lines of "I am very sorry, let me go check with her". I got a very clear feeling that neither Colleen (the stylist) nor the salon as whole wanted my business and handled this in a very unprofessional manner. After reading the reviews, I allowed myself to discard my previous opinions of mall hair salons, but after last week's experience, I am sticking to it. My kid gets better service at the Super Cuts and that's without an appointment. I would not recommend this salon to anyone who expects an ounce of respect or professionalism. They don't want your business, so you'd be better off taking it elsewhere. I went to a small salon in my town and not only was I seen that same day, the service and the haircut were stellar! My Mother's Day was rescued after all. Stay away from Splash Salon and Spa!

I tried this spa for the first time about a year ago and I have been going back ever since. I did one of their 'day at the spa' packages and it was amazing. It included an hour massage, facial, mani/pedicure, hair cut and style, as well as lunch and champagne. The service was excellent and I was thrilled with the results. The staff is extremely knowledgable. Great overall!

I went there a few days ago to get a massage and facial and was very impressed with the type of service and quality. I was also advised of a new membership they started offering $59 a month for a massage or facial, each additional one is $49. This was a great deal I could not pass up.
The employees that performed the massage and facial were very friendly and explained everything to me.
If it was not for my parents to get me this Spa Finder gift card, I would of never gone for a facial or a massage.
Thanks Mom and Dad.
