The lobby was dirty, dusty and the paint was chipped all over the walls. The front desk guy while nice, coughed and hoarked all over the desk, very loudly while I waited, which was also audible from my room while I was getting my massage. My gal who massaged me was nice, okay pressure and what not but the two areas I asked her to focus on, in an 80 minute massage she barely touched. She also did nothing to my face, jaw (which is the worst pain for me), and head. At the end she rushed me out, back to the filthy lobby with barely a good bye. The worst of course was the parking, or really lack there of. I'm not impressed and sad I wasted my gift certificate here :/

I was there just a few weeks ago and had one of the best messages of my life. The therapist (Patricia) was fantastic. Her deep tissue is painfully good and she asks you if she is to deep or causing you to much pain. The office is nice and laxing and I was greeted right away with a friendly "Good morning". The Therapist came out and took me back right away as well. The massage rooms are super relaxing with nice beds, music and decor. It really looks high end but is affordably priced. The only issue I have is parking. All they have is a 3 space parking lot so most times I have to park on the street. If you park in the lot make sure when you back out not to hit the concrete stairway by the lot entrance. In general its a 4 stars place with 5 star everything.

I will definitely return to this spa. It's got a nice serene feel to it and the rooms are very quiet. I'm giving the place four stars because my masseuse was just a tab bit too chatty with a teeny bit of a salesperson vibe both of which interfered with my ability to relax. Also, I think the receptionist should have told me when I booked the massage that they were running a special where I could get a longer massage for a certain amount of money. I will return and ask for a different person to give me the massage. Overall, though, very nice.

The spa is beautifully decorated and relaxing. I had an amazing massage. The massage was affordable and was even better than a massage that I had at Gene Juarez. I would highly recommend this spa!

I have had two massages at Elements in Greenlake. It is beautifully decorated, and a quite peaceful atmosphere.
Brand new and delightfully clean.
My massages were two of the best I have had. I am getting some problem areas worked on and the therapists are knowledgeable and good at deep tissue work.
Treat yourself!
