First off, the staff is rude and the lady over the phone had no idea what brand of lashes they used and type of glue. I decided to try to anyways and worse experience ever! They women who applied them for me glued my lashes all together and they were so awful and my eyes burned. I did my research after and you should make sure you always go to someone who is credifed and using a USA FDA approve glue. Hope this helps!!!!

Love the ambiance here-different rooms with different themes. I left feeling extremely relaxed and de-stressed! I'll be back!

wow amazaing rooms with different decorations, i was in a hawaiian room with bamboo and flowers felt like i was away. the steam was very relaxing and my facial scrub made my skin feel smooth. i loved the girl who did my facial. she was very detailed and put a mask that was minty feeling. when i was finished she even gave me a free neck and shoulder massage!!!

I really wish I would have read all the reviews before going to this spa. Today I had the worst facial experience ever. I explained to Nora (who I just found out from another review is the owner) that I am getting married in 11 days and I wanted a microdermabrasion facial so that my face would look its best in my pictures and for my special day. I have previously had a microdermabrasion facial at another spa and my skin was "glowing" immediately after. I thought I would get the same or even better results because I was paying way more money but I was sorely disappointed. I explained my disappointment and she told me to wait until the next day to see results? I've never had a facial where I had to wait to see better looking skin. When Nora started the facial she didn't take a good look at my skin under the light as I've always had done in every other facial that I've had. I had to pay a lot of money for a horrible facial - it looks like I had absolutely nothing done to my face and now I have to go and pay for another facial. Nora ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing day at the spa with my fiancé and charged me a whole lot of money for a really bad experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

My husband purchased a spa package for my sister and I. We both had a massage and facial. Both the services were great. We got to drink wine and have some fruits after sitting in the sauna. We left the spa rejuvinated and feeling very relaxed. I loved the experience and the staff was great. The owner is so attentive and down to earth. It really was a lovely experience, we will back!

walk in to a relaxing ambience, always clean & smells good. greetings are warm-with tea always available to the client or wine. Couples massage are very memorable-candlelight, infrared sauna & relaxing massage. all rooms are very unique-never seen before ambience/decor hawaiian-moroccan-indian-japanese- garden & waterfall views.... services are exceptional with detail & friendly staff.

I booked package for facial and a massage. The massage was great however, the facial was a disaster. I didnt' realize at the moment but as soon as I was home and looked in the mirror my nose had 3 bruised red marks from the Facial tech's attempt to extract blackheads. I should of realized something went wrong when i screamed when she was pressing extremely hard to get the blackheads out. If anyone knows if blackheads dont come out obviously the pores aren't open enough to extract them. I guess this person missed that day of class in facial school. There were also blackheads around my lip area that were still there, I thought this was deep pore cleansing??? Well, eventually i complained the next day and they only offered me a gift certificate not my money back which is what i wanted. They came up with excuse after excuse explaining why my nose was red obviously this must happen on a regular basis. So if you want to have your faced messed up for a week than go for it but this place is not for me.

I recieved a gift certificate from my sister to this spa. I went yesterday and had a pedicure done and my eyebrows. The pedicure was okay, I did not like the chair because it wasn't very comfortable and they put plastic in the tub where your feet go. The worst was when the spa director did my eyebrows. I told her to NOT thin them out and keep the same shape. She completely hacked off my eyebrows leaving me with two litte thin strips of hair. My eyebrows are completely uneven and unshaped. She also burned the side of my face with wax. I have a terrible burn right by my temple. After I told her she ruined my eyebrows she got some makeup and told me she was going to teach me how to fill them in. I didn't need makeup prior to her demolishing my eyebrows. After she seen I was visibly upset, she gave me a gift cert for the cost of the eyebrows. I will never use it because I see no point in going to a place or a "spa" who does not listen to what the client is asking for. The spa director was positive her "vision" of "opening up" my eyes by waxing them off was right. I cannot stress how severely WRONG she was. Do not go to this spa if you want your beauty tech to listen to what you would like them to do, not what they want to do!

Everyone was really friendly and attentive and my massage & body scrub followed by some time in the sauna was just what I needed.
