Delicious is a dreamy new combination of a best facial and a head to almost toe warm oil massage we call a spassage. Also included is a foot and back exfoliation and when you leave (if you can get up) your skin and your inner self will have a brand new attitude. What you should know: no need to worry about shaving your legs or doing your hair or anything, we take total care of you. We always recommend coming in comfy clothes, (seriously, if you want to wear your jammies, we are cool with that). If you are pregnant, this may not be a great treatment for you as you will be on your belly for at least 60 minutes and the entire treatment is more than 2 hours.

This warm oil head to almost toe body treat also includes lots of spa fluff, a back and foot exfoliation, warm stones, a luscious scalp massage and some serious rest for the weary. If you want a deep tissue straight masssage wtihout all of our famous fluff, then book the spassage that is 125$ It is a customized hour and 20 minute deep massage with one of our massage therapists. What you should know: Not recommended for pregnant clients as you will be lying on your belly for a good 40 minutes. There is no need to shave your legs prior to this treatment unless you want to, (really, we don't care). Dress in comfy clothes because after this treatment you will feel so relaxed, you will just want to be comfortable. Your hair will be oily as this includes a super yummy scalp massage, If this isn't something you dig, then let us know and we will skip it, but seriously, it is amazing and is such a stress reliever.

Warm oil massaged on to most of your body, then a vigorous and deep exfoliating scrubbing to remove all of the dead skin. This is followed by warm moist towels to remove for added exfoliation power. An optional shower is available, but we recommend leaving the oils on to work throughout the day. What you should know: Don't shave your legs 24 hours before this treatment. If your skin is super sensitive, this treatment may be a little much for you. Do not have this treatment if you have a sunburn or any skin rashes or eczema. It may aggravate your skin condition.

A comforting and soothing treat for the back, includes a short massage, a light exfoliation and warm stones or a warm heating pad depending on how stressed out your poor back is. this is a nice introductory massage and is not recommended if you are pregnant as you will be lying on your belly for about 30 minutes. When was the last time you took a good old fashioned uninterrupted nap? We prep you with warmed buckwheat pillows, warm stones, and bundle you up in a blanket. No worries about time, we let you know when reality returns. Great to pair with any of our treatments for some added zzzz's.

Keeping it all in the family, alayne's son, michael who is 12 at the time of this writing is helping the spa out with some great new service ideas. Skin lesson and starter kit for boys in a private and comfortable setting. Really great for 6th-10th graders who are just needing to learn about how their skin works and what works for it. Great to get your son started on how to take care of their very hormonal skin before it gets out of control. (you know like their hormones..) What you should know: Please let the skin therapist know if you are under a dermatologist's care. If you don't want the starter kit, then this service is only 45.00.

Dave is alayne's husband of 20 years and his suggestion of developing a sports pedicure was so successful, we decided to create a collection of dave white spa services. This is a great one hour facial that cleanses, exfoliates, steams, cleans, massages and masks your skin. Great way to keep your skin in shape, (you should see dave's skin, amazing) What you should know: Men get facials. Don't be shy, make an appointment and come in, you won't be sorry. Try not to shave the day of the facial as some of the products may sting a bit on freshly shaven skin.

This is not one of our super fabulous relaxing treatments, but more of a treatment that is about core cleansing. If you expect fluff, you should book a Good Old Fashioned Facial or A Best Facial.

If you like a combination of services done in the same room by the same spa goddess, you will love this treatment., What you should know: If you have any skin conditions, this treatment does include a full body exfoliation which may be too vigorous for a sensitive skin. If you fit into this category, you may want to try the treatment we call Delicious. If you are pregnant or nursing, this treatment may be too long for you to handle. We do offer an optional shower with this treatment, if you want to use the shower, please ask for it when booking the treatment. However, it is much nicer to let all the oils soak in for the day.

Our Good Old Fashioned Facial is a shorter verison of our Best Facial. You still get the core facial, cleansing, steaming, extractions, masking and face massage as well as a scalp, shoulder, neck, arm and hand massage. This facial is great if you only have an hour or so and just need the basics. What you should know: Your hair does get a bit oily from this treatment, but the scalp massage feels so yummy, try to bring a hat or something if you are concerned about it.

Named after alayne's son, these 2 treatments are a great combination for men of any age. The Dave White Sports Facial, a cleansing and exfoliating facial and The Dave White Shoulder and Back Massage, just like it says, this 2 treatments are a great mix of cleansing and relaxation. This is not only great for men, but for young men as well as Alayne's son is 12 and this is his recommendation.

Pressure Point Reflexology for your feet

We live in our heads, don't we? The chattering never seems to shut off. This treatment is all about your extemities. On your back for the entire treatment, we start with a face, scalp, shoulder, head, neck massage with lots of pressure points and coolness (temperature that is), then we do a warm oil foot massage and a warm oil arm and hand massage. What you should know: This treatment does not include your backside at all. if you are looking for an entire massage, then we recommend a spassage or a relaxing back massage. Dress in comfy clothes as this treatment is really relaxing and if you can try to not have much booked for yourself afterwards, the benefits will be even better as you will feel so groovy. This is so much more than you can even imagine, private room, foot massage, foot soak, foot filing, warm paraffin wax slathered all over your feet and hands, and a scalp, head, shoulder and neck massage.
