AnnaMarie really went above and beyond She was not only so sweet but also very attentive and listened to any requests I made. I have bad knots in my back and she made sure to pay extra attention to them. I will definitely come back and ask for her again

I had a great deep cleansing facial at Serenity (and I've had many thru-out my life). The entire staff was very welcoming. The Spa has a dedicated 2nd flr which IS serene and very beatifully designed w/ a lovely wall waterfeature greeting you. Everything was very clean and just felt right. My aesthetician Christine was very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough w/ my facial and gave me a great neck/shoulder/arm massage while my masks set. Overall a very pleasant experience, I'll definitey return.

From the moment you walk into Serenity Spa, you realize the name lives up to its surrounding. The Zen-like atmosphere in the lobby welcomes you with a sitting area, complete with cucumber water, herbal teas, etc. You can enjoy any of these amenities while you wait to be ushered to their upstairs spa area. You next journey to a changing area where you are presented with white micro-luxe robes, slippers, and are offered use of their steam shower to prepare you for your spa treatment. The environment is very clean, but doesn't have a sterile feeling. The decor is soothing and lends to a very relaxed atmosphere. Any staff members that I have met, are completely professional and pride themselves in the level of service performed. I have had their Serenity facials and am looking forward to my upcoming treatment of a sugar body wrap. I also appreciate that Serenity Spa does not rush their clients during their time at the spa. For this reason, I have booked another treatment for a girls' afternoon in a few weeks. I've also given Spa Gift Cards to family and friends, so they too can indulge in the ultimate spa treatment. Love this place!

Serenity Spa cetainly lives up to it name. My experience at this spa was nothing short of fabulous. The atmosphere is serene yet friendly. The service people are there to cater to your every need. Each one of them excels in their area of expertise. My daughter and I had our makeup and hair done for my son's wedding and "everyone" commented on how great we looked. The salon is beautiful but the spa is exquisite! The moment you walk in you know you'll be in for a calming, tranquil experience! I highly recommend this salon and spa to anyone who hasn't had the opportunity to experience it!

thats my title because no words can express the wonderful experience me and my husband had on this spa. We were booked immediately by the friendliest receptionist which was so awesome. At the spa, Maria made sure that we are comfortable and even offered some coffee tea and bagels to us.
The locker room is also beautiful. I can't help but enjoy every corner of it.
The masseurs really know what they are doing. All the tensions in my body are gone.
THANKS SERENITY SPA!!!

I recently visited Serenity with a few of my girlfriends from out of town. I was shocked how the staff was so eager to make sure that we were ok. They offered us all the extras: from tea, to wine, to fudge! It was great. After our massages and facials, (which were fantastic) they gave us the chance to use their space while we relaxed in their quiet room. It's nice to see people care...
