First off, I believe its an appointment-only spa. But I think they're accommodating? My esthetician was good, and for the price that I paid it was a great deal. I had the gentleman's facial, and it was very relaxing (since there was light extractions). A pleasant surprise was that I got a great foot massage while my mask was being absorbed on my face. Basically, no frills facial for a great price!

I have been going to XO Day Spa to see Wendy for skincare for over 2 years now!! Using her treatments and products, I have had remarkable results - my skin has never looked better thanks to Wendy! I highly recommend her services, as well as the other services provided at XO Day Spa. Everyone is always welcoming and the atomsphere is very relaxing and inviting. Their prices are so reasonable, not only for their services, but also for the products they sell. I am constantly recommending XO Day Spa and know that everyone I have referred there has also had a great experience. They have created a wonderful oasis and I will continue to frequent the spa for years to come!

I was looking for a spa for skin care and came across XO Day Spa! I am so thrilled I did! The place is very small and cramp. The staff was nice and courteous. The massage I had was fine, and rather unusual. However, I've never had a therapist sit on top of me to give me a back massage. Also, she was a little too talkative during the treatement. I just didn't get the experience of relaxation that I was seeking. I got a special thru San Diego SignOn and it seemed that the treatment was treated as a "run of the mill".

If for any reason we were not able to meet your expectations, please speak to us at the time of the service so that we can remedy the situation, and, if neccessary, issue you a full refund. Possibly you are getting us confused for another Day Spa, as we have no SpaFinder client with your name on file and we have checked our database thoroughly. Actually, the only Carmen P. we have on file came in for treatments on June 19, 2010 for a massage and facial for a special deal thru Sign On San Diego/Union Tribune. But, what we find puzzling is that the treatments Carmen P. received were on June 19, 2010 and the review written about us by Carmen P, and 5 other spas, were written on January 4, 2011 (which was 7 months later). Additionally, the massage therapist that worked on Carmen P. back in June of 2010 no longer has any affiliation with XO Day Spa. We ended our business relationship with her in August, 2010 and the esthetician that worked with Carmen P. is now on maternity leave and remembers the experience as a positive one, and recalls Carmen P. as thoroughly enjoying her experience. Further, our spa is very cozy. We are very proud that we are more intimate and comfortable and are not a "big box spa." But, all of our treatment rooms are actually quite large. Sorry that you felt our spa was "small and cramp." Lastly, if you are not mistaking our spa with another, please accept our apologies for not exceeding your expectations and please let us know how you would like us to remedy the situation at his point. I had my first visit to this wonderful spa and it was truly enjoyable and relaxing. Cheri provided an excellent massage and Wendy performed a beautifying microderm abrasion facial. I was very impressed and pleased and will be scheduling more appointments on a regular basis.

I rarely will leave a review for a business, unless it is really bad or really good. But, I truly love this place! It is real a gem. Phenomenal services, treatments and products. My skin has never looked better: it glows, it is clearer, and it looks younger. I started with a microdermabrasion series and I was very pleased with the results. I love the skin care line I discovered here, my skin has drastically improved. I now use the mineral make-up too, it's really good. The eye and lip colors are fun and quite pretty. I am a very happy client!
