What a wonderful visit to William Edge! My daughter and I went for a facial and massage and it was wonderful!! Plus, I bought a Spa Wellness Gift Card through the Fat Wallet website, and saved money on the gift card you can use there - even better!! Planning to return very soon !!

Truly 5 stars, a lovely place!
I have been going to WE every 4-6 weeks for about a year now. I am pleased every time. I was hesitant to take the recommendation from a friend at first, but now regret waiting so long to go. Although I do stay with one stylist, there is nobody in the salon I wouldn't use. They are not overly pushy with product selling, which I appreciate. They have recently become a NO TIPPING salon. I don't 100% agree with this decision, but I'm sure it will benefit the business.The facilities are always clean and the employees are always keeping busy. (As opposed to lounging and looking fashionable at some salons I've visited) I will continue to have my hair done at this salon and look forward to sampling their many other services.

I recently visited the salon because I got a gift certificate at Christmas. I was a little nervous getting my hair cut, but it turned out great! When I scheduled, I was able to choose which level/price I wanted and was recommended Crystal because I wanted to try bangs and she is a pro at them. The parking in front of the building is metered, but there is a whole garage behind it that is free! Inside has a great, clean spa atmosphere that was very relaxing! Crystal talked with me about what I wanted and then she did just that! She massaged my head and neck and then my hands while my conditioner soaked in- wonderful surprise! My cut was perfect and better than I thought! On top of it all, it is a no tipping facility- which I really appreciate because I always feel awkward about if I'm giving the appropriate amount. I give it a 10 and will definitely be back for my next cut!

Richard is Great!
I have now had 2 massages from Richard at William Edge salon on Elliston Place. He is wonderful! His demeanor is very sweet and will make anyone feel comfortable. He has strong hands and pays close attention to knots, imbalances, etc. I plan on going back for all of my massages. The salon is nice looking, service was great, and they gave me $25 off a massage for my birthday along with 10% off products. Great!

What Happened? Customer Service Nose-dived :(
Last year, when they first started doing massages, I tried it & the massage was great - they were working out a few kinks with a noisy break room. The next time was with a Groupon for body massage, facial & hand treatment. This ended up being very disappointing because they were running behind & my massage not only started late - it was supposed to be 90 minutes (it ended up being 65 minutes) my facial time got short changed, & they forgot the hand treatment. I thought that they might just be having one of those days. Next I booked an appointment to use the actual cost of a gift groupon I had purchased for someone who didn't want to go there. Again, the guy doing the massage was running late by 20+ minutes, & then I was rushed straight to a cool treatment room. I requested a "scent" for aromatherapy - I didn't know 10 minutes of my scheduled massage time would be waiting for him to return. Also another staff member interrupted nearing the end of the massage to ask him a question. I don't know why I even tried one more time, but I did. Probably because the actual massage was good, but I was left soaking my feet for 20 min waiting for same guy, & massage lasted 42 min. I'm done there! Customer service is gone.

Dirty Facial, Horrible Management.
I had been here when the place was Natural Oasis and loved it, I recently went back on a groupon for a facial and a massage when it became William Edge. First of all they were running about 20 minutes late and when I finally was taken back to change I was told that the management had overbooked the employees (which was very apparent.) The employees were also so rushed after my massage that it didn't seem there was enough time for the room or equipment to be cleaned before my facial. I felt like everything was greasy and ended up breaking out a day or two after my appointment. I will never be back. The salon/spa has gone way down hill since the new management team has taken over.

Horrible customer service.
I made an appointment to use my groupon 3 months ago. The first appointment that I made, I had to cancel. When I called to reschedule, in December, I was in the system. My appointment was today at 11am. Suddenly, I'm not in the system. They've changed their name. One of their salons is now closed. No effort was made to retain me as a customer. That's why I use Groupon. To test new businesses. I love Aveda and I love massage. Perfect combination if they had any semblance of customer service. Beware if you have a Groupon. And be sure you call before you go. Obviously, this is a spa that just likes to SELL Groupons, not redeem them.

Awesome awesome awesome
I went to this spa on a groupon for a massage, facial and paraffin wax. Ok let me tell you.. Amazing!! The staff was friendly, the massage was out of this world, the facial was great and the atmosphere was perfect for it beig a day spa in the middle of a shopping center. I drove from Clarksville, but it was worth it. I can NOT believe they offered a groupon for this place! Def a great experience!

On an anniversary trip to Nashville, my wife ordered a couples massage. Upon arrival and changing into robes, each of our therapists washed our feet...nice touch. The couples massage was done in separate rooms, which was a slight drawback. We each enjoyed our experience, especially my wife, who typically hasn't enjoyed massages very much. Well done!
