The Lane Spa and its staff of 30 spa professionals has been promoting relaxation, beauty and assisting clients in achieving a healthy and vibrant lifestyle for more than 18 years. The 3,000-square-foot spa is spread out over two wings and has 12 treatment rooms, a sitting room, and a retail boutique. The spa offers more than 20 different massage modalities such as deep-tissue, hot stone, manual lymph drainage, and other spa services including Tahitian body scrubs, detoxifying body wraps, organic skincare facials, manicures and pedicures, waxing, hair design, permanent makeup, and oxygen ozone steam therapy.

The Lane Spa is superb in every way. Each room is themed in a different, quaint, way making the ambiance spa like in every way. The staff are some of the most expert in their fields. Services are 60 minutes versus 50 minutes which give you that extra you deserve. The pricing is fair and reasonable. I have enjoyed massage, facial, nail services, hair services and even teeth whitening there and have never had a bad experience yet! Even the eyebrow waxing I had their was a cut above the rest. I will return again and again and recommend this spa to anybody looking for a great day spa to call their own.

Fantastic place if you’re okay with rude and pushy customer service.By Km | January 27, 2012
My wife, a loyal client of this spa, was running ten minutes late for an eyebrow wax appointment due to traffic. Out of courtesy, she called the spa to let them know. The person who answered the phone, and then the manager, were both very rude and said she would have to reschedule--even though she's been late before without a problen.
My wife said that she would not be coming back to The Lane Spa because of their rudeness and inflexibility, and the manager's EXACT RESPONSE was "Not a problem."
I don't understand three things: 1) why the staff of any establishment would actually argue against and try to prevent the return of a loyal customer who is certain to spend money; 2) why the staff of any establishment would think the loss of a consistent source of revenue, no matter how large or small, is "not a problem," and 3) why the staff of any establishment would smugly tell a departing customer that the loss of her business was “not a problem.”
Staff members there clearly haven't noticed that the US economy isn't exactly thriving right now. I would think any business might be treated as valued business, but I guess they don't feel this way.
Plenty of far better and kinder businesses have gone under in recent years.

Wow....I must have been to this spa on bad days. I walked in and was greeted by staff. I said my name and what services I was there for. I waited and waited and waited. Finally, when 20 minutes had gone by, I went back to the desk to inquire. Unknown to me and the receptionist, the therapist I was scheduled for had left early for the day. This was the last straw for me because the previous 2 times I was there, I had a therapist that put too much pressure in the massage (and when I complained...she stated I just needed to breathe thru the pain) and another therapist that wanted to make conversation the whole time I was in for the massage. So after learning the therapist had left early at my 3rd attempt at The Lane Spa...I let the staff know that I would never return. And that was it.

I had a seaweed wrap and pedicure today and both were great. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. My nail tech, Jessica, was very detailed and did a fantastic job.

I contacted Lane Spa today to inquire about their services since I'm new to the area and was interested in a facial treatment. Their staff was so nice and accommodated me immediately. Jan gave me one of the best facials I've ever had as well as some excellent skin care advice and product recommendations. The staff at Lane Spa are very professional and knowledgeable. I can't wait to return and try other services. I would highly recommend Lane Spa!

This place is top notch! I had a facial here and I didn't feel rushed, the facialist wasn't yapping away while I was receiving my facial which is relaxing, she took her time and I would highly recommend Lane Spa. I have been going here for almost 10 years and love all of their services!

I had a facial at the Lane Spa and could not have been more impressed with every aspect of the experience. First of all they offer 60 minute services versus the usual rushed 50 minutes. The esthetician took her time to assess the needs of my skin before the facial and gave me honestly the best facial I have had in years. I left with a flawless radiant complexion, feeling completely relaxed. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience from start to finish and the pricing there is also very reasonable.
I would highly recommend this spa to everybody I know.

Everytime I go to this spa they over exceed my expectations every time. I have had the same treatment there each time with two different staff memebers and I must say they have been wonderful. I do hold my own esthetician's licenses but I always enjoy trying new spas and treatments. I live in Boca Raton and travel 30 minutes to experience this spa!

After all the poor experiences i've had, it's so nice to find a spa where i can actually relax! From the second you walk in the door you are surrounded by this heavenly smell. Every staff member is so caring and ready to do what ever it takes to ensure you have the most enjoyable experience. I adored the front desk staff and the therapist are truly amazing healers. I would highly recommend The Lane Spa to any one that wants to have an extraordinary experience! I can honestly say i will definitely be back!
