The quality of service is top notch. Lisa knows her products and has been a big help in correcting my skin condition. The complimentary massages are very relaxing. You never feel they are in a hurry. The fact the spa has an intimate environment works well for me.
The spa has a variety of services, many of which I have used. Never been disappointed and look forward to each visit.

I am a senior in high school and I made sure that I had a fresh face for this school year. I had a deep, intensive facial to help clear up my skin. It was exactly what I needed, then I wanted to make sure that I didn't have any stray hairs. I got sugared on my eyebrows, lips and chin.

My husband and I decided to treat ourselves to a couples massage for our 15th anniversary. It was sublime. My husband was a bit apprehensive at first, but he felt at home in no time. I was even able to talk him into a couples pedicure! We truly enjoyed our day of pampering, everyone was so nice and we felt like we were in good hands. Thank you again for a perfect day.

They have a collagen treatment that I cannot do without. I also must have their jet peel once a month! My skin has never looked SO amazing! I told all (most of my best friends) about my secret collage treatments. lol. Can't have EVERYone looking awesome. lol

This spa does not fit into a high class community like Westlake. Very small, and the poeple did not know what they were doing. The owner seemed very UNorganized. I wouldn't encourage anyone going there.

This spa is low class. I've been to many spas around the world and these poeple claim to do a lot, but do the minimum. I found the place small, dirty, and decor was horrible. I had to wait extra long for a facial that hurt.... then paid for a pedicure which was just soaking and polish change. Would never return.

I had the Alexandria sugaring done once every two weeks, and the results speak for themselves. The hair that has grown back is thinner and majority of it is gone.
The staff is professional.
The prices are reasonable and certainly better than Spa West down the road.
Not too far from Crocker Park in Westlake, its a pretty convenient location.
I recommend them to all my friends.
