if there was a negative star rating, i would choose that
i bought a groupon and scheduled my appointment online. when i showed up, there was no one there. the place was completely set up as a business, just no one home. they also didn't return my phone calls or emails. if you bought a groupon, get a refund. this place is the WORST
Clearly there was some sort of mistake with your online booking. I have looked for this appoitnment and have never seen it ..sorry. Our business sold almost 600 groupons and we are a small, quaint place and we were hit VERY hard at first when the groupon first rolled out. We have been in business for 11 years with nothing but great reviews and very loyal, wonderful clients. There was never any problems until Groupon.We had never anticipated the volume of groupons sold and in addition to our regular clients, over 50-100+ voicemails and emails a day at first..we could not manage it. Luckily the situation has calmed down and become much more manageable.

THE BEST FACIALS!
I have had hundreads of facials and none have ever comepared to this. The individual attention, unbelievable products, and so much massage of your chest, neck shoulders, face and arms and hands makes you feel like you almost had a facial and massage! On top of all this your skin looks AMAZING when its all over. Well worth visting.
