Noelle Day Spa was founded in October 2003 by Noelle Carpenter. The 3,600-square-foot spa has six treatment rooms incorporating three skin care rooms and two massage rooms. Spa services include massages featuring special seasonal options, body wraps, facial care, microdermabrasion, hair care including Keratin hair straightening and permanent extensions, nail care, sunless tanning services, makeup applications, and waxing.

I started coming to Noelle's a couple months ago and most likely wont ever go anywhere else ever again. Best hair cut and color of my life and the stylist totally listened to what i wanted. I have also had a massage here ( i have a very bad back) and it was amazing! one of the best massages of my life! i have also had my eye and lip waxed here which i was very happy with as well. i recommend Noelle to all my friends

Not My Best Hair CutBy Jason j | March 31, 2011
My usual hairdresser got injured last minute and couldn't see me. I had a wedding to go to so I had to have my hair done. Since is was a Readers Choice Award Winner I figured why not. My mistake the place was clean and modern but the smell from the maicure area filled the entire building .
Also I asked the stylist to just clean up my hair style a tiny bit. She ended up cutting it way too short. So short in fact that I had to cancel my next appt with my regular hairdresser 6 weeks later. I just wish I had looked for reviews for this place prior to going there as there seems to be a few other people who also had bad experiences here.

Not what I expected from a salon...By CarolineS | January 13, 2011
Had my hair cut and "styled" by a junior stylist. Although she was very pleasant to converse with, the hairstyle I found myself with was disappointing. The layers I requested turned into a bob/mullet thing (with the focus on the back of my head). I thought I could work with it, but changed my mind once I was home. I called the salon back and was able to go back in for a "fix". Nervous (I'd never done this before), but sure if I communicated exactly what I wanted, this stylist could be forgiven. Nope. She continued to cut away at the same spot on the back of my head and I had to just smile and say, "Yes, I love it, thanks!" Two hours later I was at another local salon (Sanctuary). I left there relieved (the style was saved) and happy (I wasn't charged full price). It was also nice to know it wasn't just me seeing the error of the cut I had! Sanctuary now has a new client!
Oh, the "welcome pack" I was given by Noelle's had shampoo and conditioner samples for blondes. I'm a brunette. What were they thinking handing out samples like that?

I came in for a day of beauty and found both the staff and the services exceptional. That did a great job accommodating me last minute and I walked out so relaxed i was floating. They were in the midst of updating so i can't wait for the next time to see all the changes. Thanks Ladies!

I have been suffering from terrible back ache due to pregnancy and decided to get a prenatal massage. It was a Friday when I called to make an appointment and the spa was very accommodating by giving me a slot for the very next day afternoon.
The massage therapist seemed to be an expert in prenatal massages. However the thing that was disappointing was her lack of warmth. I am not a person who likes to talk during a service, but this seemed a little too mechanical for my liking. Besides, the massage room and the pillows were too smelly from the massage oils. I would have preferred some candles or perfume to mask that smell.
I have nothing to say against the massage itself because my back felt wonderful at least for a day after that. However while checking out nobody cared to ask how it felt or if I would like to book a second visit making me feel like I am not welcome anymore!
