    Your Authentic Self Day Spa & Wellness Center wants to help clients on their wellness journey with offerings such as reiki and energy treatments, Nikken® magnetic wellness technologies, reflexology, massage, hand and foot treatments, manicures, pedicures, and hair care. The intimate 400-square-foot spa is located in a boutique-style space above Waitsfield Pottery, and has a casual ambiance with a natural worn wood floor, warm yellow walls in the main room where hair services, manicures, and pedicures are performed, and soft green colors in the massage/reiki room. Antique furniture is mixed with contemporary pieces, and décor incorporates wall hangings, flowers, and sitting chairs. Light music plays in the main room. The spa will travel to parties and also hosts groups at the spa.

I stumbled upon Your Authentic Self by chance when I was trying to find a way to spend the day while by boyfriend skied at Mad River. It was such a fantastic experience. I love the laid back atmosphere, and Mary gave a fantastic mani/pedi. As I was leaving, Donna walked in and offered to do my makeup as I was still wearing yesterday's. She is fantastically talented, and I bought ALL of the make-up that she used, which I love. Thanks so much for a great day. I can't WAIT for Sean to ski Mad River again soon.

I am from Savannah, Georgia and am so pleased to have found Your Authentic Self in Waitsfield, Vermont. I have experienced Reiki and energy treatments, Nikken Magnetic wellness treatments, Manicures and Pedicures as well as Paraffin treatments. The service, atmosphere and staff are all excellent. I also use their make-up line which is easy to use and protects you from sun damage. Very reasonably priced. I would recommend this Day Spa and Wellness Center to anyone. Don't miss this special experience. Mary Rodgers and her staff are exceptional. I have traveled all over the world and have never found the same personal service that this Spa provides. The staff is well trained and love their profession. They provide exceptional treatments.
