We do apologize for the confusion with regard to redeeming The SPA Finder Gift Card. Our receptionist didn't do a good job in clarifying that we can not combine our Sale Items with Spa Finder Gift Card. As you have mentioned "it was a package deal and a good price for the package" and it was because it was our ANNIVERSARY SALE Promotion where we offered A FREE Pedicure $18 Value. Because, Spa Finder charges our establishment a percentage in redeeming their card, we therefore can not combined a discounted item with Spa Finder - Our receptionist offered you either pay cash for the discounted promotional price or pay full price with your SPA Finder card. In no way that she was trying to Bait and Switch you, if she insisted on you paying the full price with your SPA Finder then I would agree that she Bait and Switch you, which we don't condone such practice. We wish that you would have contacted us with regard to your nails coming off, our policy is we will repair our work within 2-3 day of your visit free of charge.
