I wrote a review for this fabulous establishment a year ago and have since become a regular client. I signed up for the monthly massage membership and have just renewed for another year. I love the discount and frequently take advantage of even further savings by coming in more than once per month. Every visit is just as great, if not better, than the first. I'm continually impressed by the extraordinary quality of all services offered and I love the new & improved location. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful without being kitschy - tasteful, comfortable and private. The wax services are quick, thorough and cause minimal discomfort. I also made my first foray into advanced skincare with a series of Glycolic Peels, following a complimentary consult with the aesthetician regarding what would be best for my skin. I was a little nervous, so she went easy the first time to see if I had a negative reaction. But my fears were groundless, and the results of the peel so fabulous that I went without foundation for two weeks. Now I get one in addition to my massage whenever I can. I really look forward to my visits to this spa and feel they value my business. I absolutely love being a regular client & will continue indefinitely.

I visited the Good For You Massage & Day Spa with two objectives in mind - get an unpleasant bikini wax, and then relax with a massage. As a new customer, I got a great deal on an 80 minute massage and felt extremely pampered. Bikini waxes are a necessary evil, but this one was at least fast. The technician was very efficient and managed to do a great job with a minimum amount of discomfort. She used a really good quality wax, which didn't irritate my skin and leave me with red bumps everywhere. Everything felt smooth and soft afterwards, which is a very good thing. The massage I had next was easily one of the best ones I've ever enjoyed. I was putty in the therapist's hands, and she maintained the perfect balance between exerting enough pressure while keeping it comfortable. I have two or three massages a month, so when I say this was the best one, it really means something. I've decided I owe it to myself to visit this spa again as soon as possible. What are the odds on finding such a great spa that also happens to be two minutes down the road from my house? Sometimes fortune really does smile on you.

I wanted to take the time to write about my wonderful experience at Good For You Massage. I met the owner and Esthetician at the Farmers' Market and they were both very friendly and welcoming. I had a lot of questions about the skincare treatments, all of which were answered with great detail. The next day, I went in for a facial and massage. My facial was great, I was able to choose all of the things I wanted and she built me a custom facial, complete with all of my favorite treatments. I also recieved a fabulous massage, complete with Massage Cupping and an after-session stretching lesson.
I left feeling rejuventated and informed, with a water bottle in hand. Good For Yous' prices and wonderful specials insure that I will be back.

after a REALLY stressful week at work, i came into Good For You Spa for there 'buy a facial get a free one hour massage' special. I had never been in before and was very pleased with the spa environment. the staff there were both friendly and extremely professional. I had my facial first by Sam. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. She took extra special attention to my very sensitive skin type. After, my skin felt amazing! Directly after my facial, I was given a fluffy robe and slippers and led to one of the massage treatment rooms, where the therapist Kat gave me a wonderful relaxing massage. She really helped loosen all the stress and tension knots in my shoulders and arms! Cheers to the staff at Good For you! Im making you a monthly treat! thank you for making me feel like myself again!

The facial I received was okay. I think the lady doing the facial might have been having a bad day, because whenever I asked her questions she cut me off and barely answered my questions.
I think the spa could have a more tranqil setting by removing some of the clutter in the foyer.

We strive for excellence in our customer service and quality of services. I'm sorry to hear you did not feel you experienced this, but that is ALWAYS our #1 priority. We also take a lot of care in the decorating and cleanliness of our office, so I am not sure of the "clutter" you refer to... maybe the heat packs, fountains, and products that we have on display for sale is what you did not like, or perhaps just a personal preference/style issue. Again, we apologize that it did not meet your standards, that is not the normal feedback we receive from our very loyal and regular clients.

I found this place tucked away in a quaint little space in the heard of Federal Way. It is adorable inside and the staff and owner is very friendly and customer service oriented. I had a massage & facial, both were excellent. My skin looked great and Sam, the esthetician really knew her stuff.
I will definitely be back and will tell all my friends too!
