    Skin By Shila Day Spa strives to meet individual skin care needs including beauty for the face, body, and soul. The cozy 1,005-square-foot boutique is decorated in earth tones and has four treatment rooms. A variety of services are offered including massage modalities such as Swedish, deep-tissue, pregnancy, and hot stone, endermologie, slimming and infrared body wraps, cleansing facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, acne treatments, men's facials, facial sculpting treatments, hydrafacials, permanent makeup, eyelash extensions, eyebrow tints and eyelash perms, brow shaping, customized airbrush tanning, and waxing. One of the spa's most popular treatments is the Intraceutical Oxygen Facial, which is a favorite of Madonna's. Skin By Shila carries product lines like Epicuren, PCA, Dermalogica, Janssen, Rhonda Allison, Fenix sunscreen, Persé mineral makeup, Sorme natural makeup, and MiLi body products. The spa hosts spa parties every few weeks with invites via email.

Skin by Shila is the best day spa! You have to try it. It's located in this gorgeous Spanish-style building with a fountain out front. Shila is the best aesthetician and the most knowledgeable about everything that will keep my skin wrinkle-free and glowing! Which is exactly what I want. Shila does all kinds of different treatments for me, from microdermabrasion, to chemical peels, oxygen facials, and microcurrent. She uses all of the latest technology to help you get the best results. Shila has been my aesthetician for 8 years, I see her about twice a month and I wouldn't trust my skin to anyone else. - Mikken

Lauren gave me the best facial ever! After analyzing my skin, Lauren recommended microcurrent therapy and an oxygen facial - and my skin has never looked better! My jowls and fine lines and are visibly reduced, and for the first time in years my skin is glowing! I was truly impressed with Lauren's knowledge and honesty about what was going to work for my skin and what wasn't. She was professional and friendly, and gave the best neck massage ever! I love the fact that she uses the best out there & never once did my face react adversely. The results were nothing but phenomenal - and I'm hooked! See you next month! lisa b

So I came to Costa Mesa to visit my cousin and friends for New Year's Eve from Jersey and tried this spa. Can I say that it was the best idea I had all week. Resonably priced, quality treatment. I got the royal treatment you would expect at a much bigger spa, but never get and the spa treatments were great. I got the infrared bodywrap, not what I expected but it was great. I thought I would have lamps on me, instead, I was slathered with three different creams,tucked into a heated sleeping bag and then I just relaxed until done while they massaged my scalp. Loved it. The fullbody massage and facial were great as well but I love that infrared bodywrap totally unique. If you like parafango bodywraps which are dry and think you want to sweat even more this is the wrap for you.
