I had a great experience. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable and I felt super relaxed when I left. There were great free snacks and hot tea and cider which was really nice. The whole spa smells lovely and the facility was clean too. I highly recommend this spa!!!

I live in Philly and have visited many spas in the city and surrounding areas. This one is by far my favorite. It's cozy, incredibly relaxing and the massage therapists are great. My husband and I like to go together but make sure to call quite some time in advance for simultaneous massages - they book up quickly! I hear nothing but good things about this spa from my friends and neighbors. I highly recommend it.

This day spa is personable and quaint. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this spa to anyone. The only downside is the spa only offers holistic treatments so not all services are available.

As I approached the spa from the street, the intoxicating aroma wafted through the air leading me to entrance. Inside the music, candles and lighting set a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. My massage was great, and I will return, again and again.

I was gifted with a massage from friends at this spa and was so impressed with their website and service offerings that I decided to extend my services and pamper myself before my friends arrived. The atmosphere at Terme di Aroma was amazing! I was relaxed as soon as they took me to the back and sat me down to enjoy some lemon water at their juice bar. The services themselves were very professional and rejuvenating. With the staff expertise, the aromatherapy touch, the cleanliness and ambience of the spa and the reasonable prices, I would absolutely go back and recommend to friends.

i have not been to this spa in years. however, i used to go often and enjoyed the experience. waiting area is quiet and they always have drinks and snacks available. treatment rooms are located on the main and basement levels. spa is a great oasis in old city philly. street parking can be a bit of a challenge depending on day of the week and time.

I love visiting Terme Di Aroma, for their high level of professional service and personal attention. From the minute I booked my services, I received a quality far above any other spa I have visited in the past and the staff made sure that the services I would receive fit my personal needs. As soon as you step into Terme Di Aroma, you are overcome with a sense of calm and relaxation. To date, Terme's massage and facials are the best I have ever received! I look forward to returning to the spa again soon and would highly recommend it!

I am entering my ninth month of pregnancy.......... It's HOT outside, I'm tired, and I feel HUGE. I recently was fortunate enough to be treated to a prenatel massage at Terme Di Aroma Spa. With all the anxioties of becoming a mom for the first time, this massage really helped to relax me, not to mention ease some discomfort due to the physical side of pregnancy. Carol made me feel very comfortable and paid specail attention to my legs and feet which have been expirencing lots of cramping now that I'm carrying so much extra weight. I strongly recommend Terme Di Aroma Spa to any expectant mother!

Some friends and I recently booked a spa day at Terme and two of the four of us were highly disappointed in the services provided. I was one of the two who did not enjoy my experience at all. We both had the same therapists for our facial and massage and found them both to be subpar. The massage was the worst I've ever had. It felt like a ten year old was giving me a back rub. The therapist was very young and very inexperienced. The facial girl was equally problematic. She was unkept and her breath reeked of cigarette smoke. She also appeared fairly bored with her job. There are so many other options in Philadelphia, don't waste your time here

I have been visiting Terme Di Aroma for about 6 years now when ever i can treat myself to a fantastic massage. They are always Courteous, and the atmosphere is like a switch, the moment i walk in i am relaxed, it smells wonderful. Jim who has been running the place is very personable and my masseuse Kevin I can't say enough about. I am not swimming in money by any means so when ever i can, i try to experience other spas around the US and the Caribbean, and i always come back to TDA every time and leave like a wet noodle.

My mother and I try to hit this spa once a year. We really like the ambiance in the waiting room it makes you feel relaxed. The staff also provides cold spring water, tea, sometimes either fresh fruit or muffins while you wait. The service desk can be hit or miss. As for the services themselves, so far I've never had a bad one! One thing they don't provide are showers so if you have a treatment that has a lot of massage oil or lotion you’re kind of stuck although they do give you a warm towel after your service to wipe down with. Other then the service desk I have one other so-so thing to say and that would be the location, parking is VERY hard to come by (they are located in Center City Philly), my mom and I have someone drop us off and pick us up.

This was my second time at Spa Terme Di Aroma and was very happy with my services. The "Spa Mood" is a five star.. the smell, the music, the low lights, beverages, lite bites and the attention to you. I didn't notice it the first time I was at the spa but even the nub slippers had a very small amount of scented oil in it!! Very relaxing! I only get to have this treat twice a year.. as a Mom with three kids with special needs Spa Terme Di Aroma helped me to relax and energize myself to go on being a strong advocate for my kids! I cant say enough about this spa.. You will not be disappointed!!
