Located about 30 minutes from downtown Chicago, the elegant Eaglewood Resort & Spa is a AAA Four Diamond-awarded property, and its design is a tribute to Frank Lloyd Wright's Prairie Period aesthetic. An 18-hole championship golf course and the full-service Spa at Eaglewood, with its fitness center, sauna and steam areas, boutique, and salon, make this 106-acre resort a relaxing getaway, while an on-site conference center caters to the resort's business clientele.

Many of the 295 guest rooms, seven of them villa-style suites, offer expansive golf course vistas. Alfresco dining options are available, and the resort's Prairie River Restaurant features live music on weekends. A sky-lit swimming pool and a bowling alley add to the choice of activities.

My hubby surprised me with a two-night stay at Eaglewood Spa & Resort. He arranged for me to have a beauty treatment Friday night, Saturday, and Sunday (on my birthday). Even though it wasn't a romantic affair (our two baby girls were there, too), everyone had a ball and it's very FAMILY-FRIENDLY. The staff, food, services, and the entire atmosphere was amazing! I've bragged about our stay to my family and friends; can't wait to return for another visit.

Earlier this year my Book Club spent a night at this facility and we had an absolute ball!!! The spa was of course fabulous, even at 7 o'clock in the evening. And the bar keeper kept the bar and bowling lanes open for an extra hour just becaue we asked!!

I was staying here one weekend for a golf outing. When the men were golfing I went to get my nails done. It was so nice to walk there while I was waiting for them to return. It was in the summer so it was a nice walk but in winter it might be too cold to just run over there. The lady who helped me was awesome and my hand massage was like heaven. I would definitely go back

First time at this spa. The locker room was just that, a locker room. The tranquility room (where you wait for your technician) was great and very relaxing. I almost fell asleep while waiting for my tech. The technician was very nice and and the facial was wonderful. I did the Rose Quartz facial. I was given the quartz afterwards, which was a nice touch. Would definatly go back. My only complain is that the spa is located outside of the hotel. If you go for a massage in the winter, get ready to bundle up as you walk back to your room.

I got a manicure here while my husband went and played golf. It was nice that we were able to do our own thing and not have to leave the grounds. My manicurist was so nice and friendly, which made the experience even better.

I got a manicure while we were staying at the resort for the weekend. It was wonderful! The atmosphere was very nice - a little more 'hustle and bustle' around the nail station, but I like that. The staff was VERY friendly! I would definately visit again.
