I don't have a problem leaving a message for an appointment, if I could get a call back. Obviously between the hours that are kept (from what I can tell only during regular M-F business hours) and the lack of returning a potential customers call, this company is not hurting for new clients. But no skin off of my nose. I was just looking for a place to use my Spa Finder card. I have a salon I am truly happy with but wasn't opposed to finding a separate spa that does additional treatments for facials, etc. Sure wish I could have had a chance to experience the phenomenal facials that everyone on here keeps ranting about.
So sorry to disappoint you because we weren't available to answer your phone call. We are a small business and our voicemail message clearly states that if you call during regular business hours we are with clients and will return your call in between clients or at the end of the day. We also give you an option to book on online through our website. This procedure has worked thus far and none of our clients have had an issue with it. We do our best to return all our clients phone calls. It must be nice that you have that much free time on your hands that you can take the time to write such negativity about our business. No one is perfect and every now and then things do happen as I'm sure you have missed returning a few phone calls as well. So, don't judge us based on one small insignificant issue as not returning a phone call -- seriously!!!!!!!
