Laura has given me many facials and back massages. I always have a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I always feel relaxed once in the treatment rooms it's just a shame that it's based in a gym.

I recently visited essential spa to have an invigorating body scrub and massage with Caroline. The treatment left my skin feeling great and the massage left me totally relaxed. I would really reccommend this treatment for rejuvinating a tired body ! or it would be great pre or post a holiday. Caroline is always very professional and seems to know where all your knots are !

I first visited Essential Spa about twelve months ago with a gift voucher that my daughter had bought me it was for a hot stone massage and facial.
Since then I have been back at the very least once a month for a facial. I have also had other treatment including pedicure, body wrap & false eyelashes.
I have also bought vouchers for family members.
Caroline welcomes you like one of the family and the ambience of the Spa is very soothing and relaxing. I don't think I could survive without Carolines monthly facials I feel like a new woman.

As a qualified holistic therapist, I'm fairly picky about treatments but hand on heart, Caroline and the team at Essential Spa are fabulous. Anyone (and by that I mean specifically Caroline!) who can deal with a working mum who's working in a stressful environment with a back that's been abused for years, gets a gold star from me every time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. Professional expertise that naturally instils trust and confidence!!

Caroline was professional , informative and friendly. I had never had a massage before and was a little apprehensive to whether it was really worth the investment. I have been convinced! Following my hour long treatment I felt rejuvenated, totally relaxed and free from the aches and pains that had plagued me for the previous month. I have already booked my next treatment and am very much looking forward to it. Worth every penny!!!

I'd never been to a spa before but really enjoyed the experience and can't wait to go again. Everything was really relaxing and pleasant from the lighting in the treatment room and the background music to the actual treatment and massage.
The therapist, Caroline, explained the treatments and products as well as the benefits of each before we began. I felt the treatment durations were perfectly timed - I had a package deal and spent around 1.5 hours in total. I left the spa feeling thoroughly re-vitalised, full of energy and looking forward to my next visit. I have since recommended Essential Spa to several of my friends.

I am a member at LA Gym in Manchester city centre and a new "Essential spa" has just recently opened at LA. I had a neck and lower back problem, so I decided to treat myself to a massage. From the moment I arrived in the beauty room, I felt completely relaxed; the room has a beautiful aroma of essential oils in the air and gentle tranquil music playing in the back ground. Caroline combined the massage with a hot stone massage; the heat was both deeply relaxing and helped dissolve my aches and pains from my neck and my lower back. I can honestly say it was one of the best massages I've ever had. I would highly recommend Caroline; you will not be disappointed... :) Nina
