• About Common Ground Wellness Center

  The mission of Common Ground Wellness Center is to provide an urban community wellness center committed to integrative healing and ecological responsibility. There are 20 treatment rooms as well as a waiting room adorned with plants and trees, furnished with comfortable seating, and stocked with a selection of tea. Amenities include a hot tub, sauna and four showers where clients can rinse off before and after their hot tub and sauna sessions. Warm colors highlight the changing room and interior bathhouse spaces, and each practitioner's room is uniquely decorated to provide a warm place for treatments. For more than 30 years Common Ground has been helping people cope with the stresses of urban life by providing services such as a variety of massage modalities, acupuncture, chiropractic care, energy work, naturopathic treatments, and counseling services. The spa's signature Massage Sandwich features a massage with a half-hour soak and sauna session before and after the treatment.
