I was going for a cut & color on Fri., 4/22. I selected 2 very similar natural reds & explained that I wanted soft natural blonde highlights. I told, Jean, that I did not not like my natural hair color or want to see any of my natural hair color. I was there for almost 3 hours, she put about 20-25 foils. After the cut & blow dry it looked ok, but I still had at least a half inch of roots showing. On Sat. 4/23 I put my hair in a ponytail & was in tears!!! Half my head was still my natural hair color, I had platinum blonde chunk highlights & the red was not even close to either color I wanted. I looked RIDICULOUS!!! I called the salon & was aksed to come back at 1. I showed both the owner & Jean how horrible my hair looked. Jean added red around my hair line that was not even close what she used the day before. The owner took over washing my hair for me, while talking on her cell phone. Then half dried my hair, did not show me it in a mirror & offered to braid it in a ponytail as I mentioned I was going on the bike. The color has all but stripped out of my hair, I still have junk blonde highlights, a copper red ring around my head & STILL can't wear my hair up!!
