A White Pond Paradise Salon & Day Spa

First off I got a massage and the staff member that gave me a massage did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend seeing Amanda. I also had an appointment following the massage for highlights. They made an error with booking and I had to wait an hour while the stylist finished up another customer. When I went to pay at the register, the owner asked me how my experience was and I said it was "ok." He asked me why so I told him about the hour long wait and he looked at me and said oh, and then proceeded to hand my my recipet. My time is just as precious as theirs....so instead of just saying "oh" I thought it would have been much more polite to at least offer a discount or free product or something along those lines. He made me feel as though he did not give a care that I was not super impressed with the service there.

No matter who I see or what service I get they are always well educated and helpful! Best cut and color I have found, and the best massage I have ever received! Even the french polish was done beautifully. I have gone back many times and will continue to do so everytime I am in town!

It has taken me a long time to find someone who can cut my curly hair perfectly! Amy F. has consistently given me a cut that I can manage on my own and transition from curly to straight with out any "awkward" pieces. I have recommended her to several friends who have had a difficult time finding someone who can give them a cut that flatters. Even girls with straight hair! All of them were incredibly happy with their cut/style and have continued to see her.

I visited this spa for my "pre-wedding" touch-ups. The pedi and massage that i received was fabulous!! I have never been in such a Zen state of mind. The lady that cut, colored and styled my hair was so skilled and nice. I always felt like a queen at this spa. I only know this spa as MY spa. I love it and will always be a customer!!

Even though the spa needs a few undates the staff was exceptional. They were all so kind and made me forget about the plastic plants that keep staring at me while I was getting the best pedicure ever! I would go back in a second!

Not at all what we expected. Overall, I will say that the estheticians and therapists provided good service. The "opportunity" that we each pointed to at the end of our services was that the pampering experience the website described was not realized. For me, I don't know if it was the silk plants everywhere or the fact that they left me to sit next to a pedicure station on an uncomfortable bench for 45 minutes before my first service with no explanation for the wait, but I will not return.
