We just move to LA from the east coast. My son has been managing his acne with facials, so we needed to find someone who could treat him here. A friend of mine told me about Thursday's. I would never have known about it otherwise, because it's in an office building. Apparently they do hair replacement, so they wanted a discrete location for their clients.
The place was really nicely done. My son said it was the best facial he's had. I liked that the staff didn't try and sell us on products at the end. In fact, she suggested we buy the Oil of Olay sonic scrubber from a pharmacy for my son to wash his face with. Don't get me wrong, they have a lot of great products there, but I hate going to those places where they push it on you. And I hate going into a spa where everyone is putting on airs. I like that they were professional, but friendly and down to earth.
Next time we go, I'm going to get a massage while he gets his facial because they have a deal where you get 50% off a massage with a facial.

Thursday's is one of my favorite spas in the area. Blink and you'll miss it (it's in an office buiding/suite), but once you're in, you'll immediately feel the effects of the tranquil atmosphere. I like the decor, the smell of the place. The prices can be steep, but it all depends on what you're looking for. If you're seeking skilled technicians, a relaxing atmosphere, ample parking, local, then this is THE place!

I got a gift card for my birthday. I booked my appointment and as with any new place I go we went there with some nervousness. So not a need to be nervous kind of place. Very friendly and I got an amazing massage and facial. The gal was very knowledgeable and I had a great experience. I will be going back again soon.
The location inside the building was a little hard to find, but overall a great experience.

The most relaxing and enjoyable experience I have ever had! Waxing was pleasant as she used a topical anesthetic upon request. Pain free! Very experienced Aesthetician! My skin cleared up in two weeks with a facial and wonderful home care regime!
