  The sprawling 21,000-square-foot spa occupies an 18th-century plantation house on the water's edge and was designed by Ralph Lauren, as were other public areas of the property such as the restaurant and guest rooms. Situated on ten acres of lawn stretching to the ocean, the Spa at Round Hill is housed within an 18th-century plantation building. Inside, interiors designed by Ralph Lauren are styled in a classic, minimal manner, with decorative accents that celebrate the island's casual elegance. There are seven treatment rooms with spectacular ocean views, and guests can opt for open-air treatments in the spa's tropical gardens, amid fountains. The Garden Loft, a couple's suite overlooking the romantic Round Hill Bay, comes appointed with a queen-size futon bed, dual treatment tables, private shower, and delectable food and beverage service.

Signature treatments showcase indigenous ingredients; these include the Round Hill Signature Hangover/Jet Lag Massage, which incorporates Jamaican sweet basil to stimulate the immune system and eliminate toxins. Light spa meals, as well as smoothies and teas, are also available.

In addition to the spa, the hotel has a salon and fitness center. Exercise options include walking/jogging trails, step aerobics, core body blend, sculpting, and stretching, and yoga is offered six times per week. Five all-weather tennis courts can be found on site, while a plethora of water sports await ocean enthusiasts at the private beach (a PADI diving area is available). Guests can also reserve glass-bottom boat rides and sunset catamaran cruises. When it's time to unwind, the oceanfront double infinity-edge pool provides an oasis of calm.

Nighttime entertainment offers a variety of pleasures. On Mondays, Round Hill throws a bonfire-lit beach party with a calypso band and beachside buffet. Friday is Jamaica night on the seaside terrace, featuring a buffet of Jamaican specialties and a folklore performance. Other themed evenings include Caribbean curry night and gala dinner-dance night with a jazz band.

The Pineapple House has 36 oceanfront hotel rooms. Each of the 18 upstairs rooms has a large, louvered window that folds back to take full advantage of the panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea, while the remaining downstairs rooms have balconies and patios. All rooms were decorated by Ralph Lauren and feature white stone floors and four poster (king or two double) mahogany beds. Oversized bathrooms include deep tubs, free-standing rain shower, and double-sink vanity, all of which feature fixtures by Waterworks. The resort also has 27 privately owned villas with 74 suites surrounded by tropical gardens. A majority of the villas boast their own pools.

With black granite flooring, dramatic white columns, and brass lantern decor, interiors of the Grill at Round Hill mingle an old-world feel with modernity, creating a stylish Caribbean dining experience. Cuisine is a mix of international and local culture, complemented by strong Jamaican flavors and ingredients sourced straight from the hotel's organic garden. In addition, the restaurant serves light options and a spa menu and accommodates kosher, vegan, and vegetarian diets.
