Avi called me multiple times the day before my appointment without leaving any messages. On the 3rd call, I answered and was asked if I could move my appointment to an earlier time. I was then asked how I was going to pay for my services, spafinder GC or cash or credit card. I was taken aback by this since I've never had anyone ask how I was going to pay. When I asked what the reason was for, the girl said b/c they usually secure an appointment with a credit card number. After her explanation, we ended the call without her taking a credit card #, which I thought was weird. When I arrived, I filled out this horrible, unprofessional form that asked for general information which did not give me enough space to provide an answer. I had a facial and a massage. During my facial, the lady's (who did my facial) cell phone went off. It kept vibrating and I had to play dumb and asked her what that noise was. She said it was her cell phone. She continued applying something on my face. The phone vibrated again then she turned it off. She left the room 3 times to get a towel to clean the gunk of my face. The towel seemed like it was rinsed in hot water and strained since it was not very hot but very wet. Typically at other spas, the towels were in these heating/sanitizing compartments that were in the room. I found out while waiting for my friend (she had a facial too) in the waiting area, the same lady who did my facial came out of the room, went to the bathroom and ran the towel in the sink! She also used lots of kleenex tissues on my face during the facials. No extractions were conducted and she didn't not pay attention to what I was telling her. She asked what my daily cleaning regime was and I told her that I was and clean my face every night before bed and apply moisturizer. She kept recommending that I clean my face every night since people tend to break out over night. After the facial, I had a massage with Sally. Seems more of an apprentice than a seasoned masseuse. She did not use a lot of techniques but she did use a lot of pressure...too much pressure! Especially when she uses her forearm to press on your back. At the end of each stroke her elbows were so sharp it hurt my ribs! When she pressed down and "shook" your body, the whole table moved. I'm an average size woman so to have the table shack like that, I was surprised it didn't break! After the massage was completed, I looked under the table and realized that the table they used was this cheap. The construction on the frame was thin wood and I believe it could have been those portable/foldable type. In essence, don't waste your time and money going to this place. there's only 2 rooms for massage, 1 for a facial and 1 for the laser treatment. Only water was offered to us, no hot tea.To be in a location like Great Falls, I felt I couldn't go wrong going here, but I know for sure that I'll be going back to the place I've been going to for 5 years. Very disappointed. I DID FORGET TO MENTION THAT BETWEEN THE TWO ROOMS WHERE YOU GET THE MASSAGE AND FACIAL, THE LASER ROOM WAS RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE, AND THE WHOLE TIME I HEARD THE LASER PROCEDURE GOING ON FOR THE FULL 90 MINS! I COULD NOT RELAX, WITH THE LASER GOING "BEEP" "BEEP" CONSISTENTLY EVERY 2-3 SECONDS FOR 90 MINS, AND THE STAFF LAUGHING NEAR THE DOORWAY, WHO COULD?

I had a wonderful experience. The Honey Scrub left my skin feeling luxuriously soft. I felt so calm, the lighting was wonderful. I'll be sure to return!

Though my wife loves staying at home to take care of our children, it is a non-stop 15+ hour a day job. Though it is probably one of the most stressful and difficult jobs imaginable she is does it with amazing grace and I appreciate it so much I decided that for her birthday I would give her a day off to remember. The staff and owner of Ana Visage all were aware of my intent when the day came. They preened over her, pampered her and treated her like a Queen. She was so well care after that day (two months ago) she has still not stopped talking about it. The only complaint was that the Manicurist was not available to give a manicure/pedicure like I had hoped she would be able to get, but they more than made up for it by giving us a huge discount on a couples massage that we took advantage of last weekend. I got the deep tissue my wife received a Swedish massage and we were both just simply delighted with the level service, attention to detail and atmosphere that Ana Visage provided. All I can say is mother’s day is coming soon and we will be making another appointment!

I spent my birthday here about a month ago with my mom and had a great day. We both had massages planned for the day. It was SO nice! We both walked out so relaxed for the rest of the day! I would without a doubt go back! I'd highly recommend this spa to anyone!

I went to ANA VISAGE EUROPEAN DAY SPA about a month ago for a massage and facial treatment and I think it was one of the best services that I ever had received. The employees are very kind. The spa offers a very relaxing atmosphere, Tea, Coffee, Refreshments and Juices. I highly recommend this spa. We received a couple massage with my husband and I had, the most relaxing couples massage we have ever experienced! We recommended them to our entire friends and staff in our company, they also offer other services that I tried like facial and wrap was very good and clean and great techniques.

Thery accomodated us with very short notice. Last minute mothr of the bride desides on bridal shower in an spa. I researched the spas in thre area and found Ana Visage Spa highly recommended. They accomodate 25 people in our group coming from all over the place, differenet states on a Sunday within just 2 days. Every one loved the services we recived, Massage, manicure, pedicure and Facials were the best we ever had and the staff were cheerful cprofessional and superb,
