I just had the most relaxing hot stone massage ever!! They are extremely busy and once I went in for my service I see why this place in such high demand! The therapist I had was just amazing, definitely coming back for more!!

The location is beautiful and is situated in a pretty ritzy area, so one might think that the prices might be too high; instead, they are very reasonable Very professional and friendly staff, I've been coming here for laser and electrolysis recently, and they had made my summer very comfortable! no more razors!! beautiful atmosphere and outstanding results.

I got a massage earlier this week, the atmosphere was decent but the massage itself was not very good. I left a little annoyed because the lady had clearly smoked before hand and the smell was most definately not therapeutic. When I got into my car I went to turn my neck and all the knots were still there, she did not give them any special attention like I had asked her to. I looked at the clock and realized the massage was only 45 minutes long when I had paid for an hour-long massage. It's very dissappointing to walk out a spa only to find yourself sore and unsatisfied. I would not recommend this spa.

My friend and I are planning a spa day. We called to book appointments several weeks in advance. We were told that they had to check on timing and availability and would get back to us. That was 5 days ago and we have heard nothing. I guess they must be doing so well that they can afford to turn away $650+ of business on a weekday afternoon. Must be nice.

Superior Day Spa, For Facial, massage, manicure and pedicure as parts of my full day package, it was the best treatment and customer service I ever experienced. Manager was very kind and offered tea, coffee and fruit juice with my warm lunch. I recommend them to every difficult taste.

I did not know this Spa existed in Great Falls until my boyfriend gave me a gift card for Christmas which I'm glad that he chose AVI Day Spa. I was Greeted and offered Green Tea and chocolate. My massage was very relaxing right after my body wrap. The Fashionable receptionist was checking on me between services offering me drinks or if I needed a break. I loved my experience at AVI Day Spa it was very calm and relaxing from staff to therapists I cannot wait to go back! if you are looking for tranquility and a relaxing day this is the place to go.

After reading all the positive reviews, I decided to try Avi out. Unfortunately Avi is by far the worst spa experience I ever had. I spent $800+ there and I was not even greeted by staff members when I arrived or left the spa. I sat in the waiting area for 15 minutes before someone came to greet me. When I was finally greeted by the owner, I felt so pressured by her because she kept on selling me different types of services even though I told her I was not interested several times. I did not feel relaxed at all and felt like I was walking into a used car dealership. When I went in to get my message the guy did not even know why I was there and told me he did not know what I wanted. He said he just walked into this. I also paid to get the spa manicure but did not feel like I was getting that at all. The manicurist rushed through the job in 15 minutes and my nails looked horrible with the bad paint job This was horrific! Overall it was just a bad experience. The service and professionalism was poor and was not relaxing at all. When I go to the spa I expect it to be relaxing and nice, and not feel pressured to pay for more services when the services I paid for are not good anyways

This review is done by a disgruntled team member who is taking revenge on getting fired for dishonesty. It is quite obvious in view of the fact that she goes to criticize in a demining manner all, each and every component of the business which is kind of odd for an establishment in Great Falls with over 25 years of experience located in the heart of the most demanding clientele in Virginia. Furthermore her exaggeration on our prices is another evident and testimonial of her unfounded baseless review since our highest day package is priced in 300s and we have nothing to add up to 800 that she acclaimed. Additionally our "Customer Satisfaction Grantee" pledge fully covers our seldom unsatisfied valued clientele who may feel have experienced an unsatisfactory service". We shall add that AVI tried to reach this reviewer internally as well as through the Spa Finder director and to respond to her in an attempt to bring her situation to the satisfaction of her demand but of course she has used a fake name and user ID not to be identified or reached and she has not responded to any of our attempts of pleasing her. Please come for yourself and experience the highest standards of customer care which awarded us the "Seal of Excellence by "Spa Wish" "Secrete Shopper" which we volunteered for in order to be evaluated eagerly.

I had a micro facial service done by one of their estheticians which was better than all the others I had before so check it out for yourself, you will be happy you did. My boyfriend loved the sports massage he got from Sally.

I highly recommend them for massage, facials and waxing. They were very accommodating to my mom and dad. They were offered juice and snack while waiting to get the services of their half day packages. My parents are both going back for the next one! Also, I bought a gift certificate for my boyfriend birthday that he loved; they are very accommodating. Their Brazilian wax service with hard wax was the best I ever had and virtually no pain.

I highly recommend them for waxing. They were very accommodating to me and my friend. We were offered a cup of green tea while waiting to get finished. The wax itself is the best Brazilian wax I have ever had. We are both going back for the next one! Also, I bought couples massage gift certificate for my sister that they loved so I went for a full day spa and became a regular client; they are very skilled and extra accommodating.

Though my wife loves staying at home to take care of our children, it is a non-stop 15+ hour a day job. Though it is probably one of the most stressful and difficult jobs imaginable she is does it with amazing grace and I appreciate it so much I decided that for her birthday I would give her a day off to remember. The staff and owner of Ana Visage all were aware of my intent when the day came. They preened over her, pampered her and treated her like a Queen. She was so well care after that day (two months ago) she has still not stopped talking about it. The only complaint was that the Manicurist was not available to give a manicure/pedicure like I had hoped she would be able to get, but they more than made up for it by giving us a huge discount on a couples massage that we took advantage of last weekend. I got the deep tissue my wife received a Swedish massage and we were both just simply delighted with the level service, attention to detail and atmosphere that Ana Visage provided. All I can say is mother’s day is coming soon and we will be making another appointment!

I spent my birthday here about a month ago with my mom and had a great day. We both had massages planned for the day. It was SO nice! We both walked out so relaxed for the rest of the day! I would without a doubt go back! I'd highly recommend this spa to anyone!

I went to ANA VISAGE EUROPEAN DAY SPA about a month ago for a massage and facial treatment and I think it was one of the best services that I ever had received. The employees are very kind. The spa offers a very relaxing atmosphere, Tea, Coffee, Refreshments and Juices. I highly recommend this spa. We received a couple massage with my husband and I had, the most relaxing couples massage we have ever experienced! We recommended them to our entire friends and staff in our company, they also offer other services that I tried like facial and wrap was very good and clean and great techniques.

Thery accomodated us with very short notice. Last minute mothr of the bride desides on bridal shower in an spa. I researched the spas in thre area and found Ana Visage Spa highly recommended. They accomodate 25 people in our group coming from all over the place, differenet states on a Sunday within just 2 days. Every one loved the services we recived, Massage, manicure, pedicure and Facials were the best we ever had and the staff were cheerful cprofessional and superb,
