The Longevity Medical Spa comprises three different areas: Wellness and Relaxation, Beauty and Rejuvenation, and Health and Longevity. There are five treatment rooms in the 800-square-meter spa, and guests can enhance their spa experience by utilizing the indoor heated swimming pool, sauna and steam bath amenities, experience showers, fitness center, and relaxation lounge.
The spa lists skin-specific, holistic, and anti-aging facials on its menu, as well as signature staples such as the Longevity Body Scrub with sea salts and wild lavender or citrus zest. Massage modalities include deep-tissue, cranio facial, couple's, and "local massage," which targets specific muscle groups. In addition, there are a range of wellness and beauty programs combining spa and esthetic treatments, fitness pursuits, workshops, and medical consults designed toward a specific aim, including detoxification, slimming, stress management, and health optimization. Packages, tailored for men, women, and even couples, vary anywhere from three hours to two days extending up to 15 days, depending on the selected program.

Gourmet menus vary seasonally with an emphasis on locally sourced ingredients, vegetables, fruits, whole grains, beans, nuts, and seeds, and for a bit of flavor, a blend of herbs and spices. The Poolside Bar serves crisp, fresh salads, while the Lobby Bar and Games Room Bar are trendy spots for cocktails. An optional weekly cooking class teaches guests how to create nutritious, flavorful dishes long after they leave the resort.

Monchique's mild climate and fresh mountain air make the region a popular year-round holiday destination, with plenty of outdoor fitness and leisure opportunities. The cities of Portimão and Silves, which boasts the largest castle in the Algarve, are worth a visit, as is Foia, the highest point in the region, presenting spectacular coastal vistas.
