Tall Grass has become a family tradition when my sister Patti from Indiana comes out to visit. My 2 daughters and I join her for the best massages around and wonderful facials. The staff really comes you feel pampered. You can't beat it summer or winter. The view of the meadows and of Mt. Evans is spectulator!

I was there for a prenatal massage and it was FANTASTIC!They have the appropriate bolsters (as opposed to rolled-up towels), which made it much more comfortable than most. They have a beautiful waiting room where I was able to sit by the fire and drink tea until the other ladies in my party were done. The staff was wonderful and the ambiance was wonderful. If it wasn't so far from my house, I would make it my regular spa!

Drive to Morrison thru Kittridge to Evergreen. Stop and have a great lunch overlooking the golf course beside Evergreen Lake. Then drive up to Tall Grass, a very pretty 10 to 15 minutes. Enjoy looking at all the very different homes and landscape along the way. Mountain lodges, mansions, quirky details and fences... wildlife if you are lucky. As the homes fade away - you are there, pulling into a one way loop for parking on a hill.Immediately at the door, you are greeted and invited to lose the shoes for slides and follow on for one of the changing rooms. A large room with fireplace, overstuffed chairs and couches greets you as your waiting area. Apples, pretzels and chilled water are available. The sliding door opens to a small patio with fountain. The hummingbirds visit while you wait and a hawk circles across the meadow. The spa is quiet and consists of upstairs/downstairs private rooms. . Everything is neat and clean and comfy. The staff changes but all are very adept and professional, respectful and anxious to ensure a healthy or relaxing experience.Afterwards, accept the steam shower that comes with the massage - enjoying the Aveda products there. In another wing of the house are salon services.

The setting of this spa is absolutely fabulous. I got the works - massage, facial, lunch, pedicure and manicure. I would definately go back to this spa. Well worth the drive and the time spent.

I don't live in Colorado, but this spa is worth flying to Colorado for! Set in a beautiful mountainous area outside of Colorado, half the fun is just getting there. The spa is in a mountain lodge, complete with a fireplace in the waiting area. All the services I have tried are excellent--massage, couples massage, facial, back facial, and manicure/pedicure. The people working there are very friendly and genuine.A special shout-out to Tracy, who gives the best pedicure in the world... My feet are soft and gorgeous when she is finished with them!
