I went hoping to get great service as I've always gotten in New York. That was my first mistake. What i got was: 1. Day old fruit and chocolates, and dirty dishes in the ladies lounge. 2. Used towels in the Locker room 3. During the review process, telling my male therapist of only wanting a simple massage. 4. Getting burns on my back from hot stones, and swollen feet and ankles from allergic reactions to the paraffin bags. I never asked for either, and even said I didn't want them but he didn't listen. After I raised my voice he removed them at once. But the damage had been done. 5. The male therapist, giving me a song and dance about his children, trying to get a bigger tip from me. 6. The music stopping mid through my massage, and being told there having problems with a 40 dollar ipod. An off colored joke was said about that from my therapist. 7. When I'm in the lobby paying my bill, having tamara and jack or jackie pushing products on me. I went back to my offices at CocaCola and shared, my division will be going to the Ritz for now on. I really enjoyed my experience at the Remede Spa at the St. Regis in Atlanta. I booked a body wrap treatment for myself and a massage for my best friend for her birthday. The facility is impeccably clean and the staff was friendly! I highly recommend the Remede Spa and look forward to going again!
