Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is known as the “yoga of awareness” which combines the techniques of mantra, pranayama, asana, mudra and bandha in order to safely and quickly awaken the Kundalini energy at the base of the spine, thereby increasing wellness and expanding intuition. Classes are taught in a Kriya (set of actions/asanas) format with specifically directed results. Kundalini Yoga is known as the “yoga of awareness” which combines the techniques of mantra, pranayama, asana, mudra and bandha in order to safely and quickly awaken the Kundalini energy at the base of the spine, thereby increasing wellness and expanding intuition. This yummy class is perfect for all levels of students looking for a deep, centering experience. We open with invocation and a move on to a gently flowing asana series.
