    Franklin Spa is dedicated to providing excellent services and products, and strives to make each guest's experience memorable. In addition to the four-treatment-room, 2,000-square-foot stationary facility, Franklin Spa also has a Spa Haven Mobile Service to deliver off-site pampering. Franklin Spa provides clients with access to hydrotherapy, a Vichy shower, Jacuzzi, and unisex doubles treatment rooms where friends, couples, mothers and daughters or fathers and sons may enjoy treatments together. Specializing in couple's packages for massage and facials, Franklin Spa also offers a variety of services including pedicures, aroma-infused steam massage, oxygen facials, 24k gold facials and more. I was introduced to this spa by Groupon. I purchased the Golden package for my fiance and I. The place was very clean and the dim lighting made it made it very romantic. It was the perfect Valentine's day treat. The manager is super nice and extremely professional. Our package included facials, hot stone massages, reflexology treatments, and champagne with chocolate. I absolutely loved our evening there; my fiance did too! We will definitely be back for more.

My husband and I love the Franklin Spa. It's the perfect treat for an Anniversary or just because. My favorite location is in Franklin. It has a very intimate atmosphere and the staff makes you feel truly relaxed and pampered. The West Bloomfield location is perfect for Spa Parties or enjoying a relaxing treatment with girlfriends. Whenever I need a pick me up, I call on my favorite spa.

My sister sent me to the Franklin Day Spa's West Bloomfield location for my birthday that I just celebrated this January 2011 and it was the ultimate birthday gift. The owner, Andrea Ubom and her fantastic staff treated me like I was a Queen. From the moment I walked in the door to the minute I left I was pampered and made to feel as though I was the most important client they had. If you go everyone must experience the Vichy shower which was simply relaxing. I also enjoy my European facial my face was so smooth when I finished. I enjoyed all the other treatments I received as well, so any service that you go there to get I know for sure that you won't regret it. I want to thank you Ms. Ubom and your wonderful staff for making my birthday simply Blissful. Janveaire :o)

My husband and I booked a couples massage at the Bloomfield location. It was a long-needed outing together since having our first child. All I can say is that it was a weird experience. We walked in and there was no one else in the spa (if you can call it a spa) and no one to greet us. There were two water glasses filled but I was unsure if they were used or fresh for us. A man in jeans, a plaid shirt and backwards baseball cap came into the waiting area from another part of the spa and he acted surprised to see us. He led us into another part of the spa where we waited. A second person (woman) came in and poured us each a glass of bad sparkling wine (bottle already opend - kinda flat). Apparently there were suppose to be chocolates. All I found were what looked like a few bits of chocolate covered something - unwrapped and in a dish. Yuk. A third person (woman) came in and led us upstairs for our massage. They did not have us fill out any paperwork or ask any questions about medical history/contraindications for massage. Massage OK but I left more tense that when I came in. Overall, staff and atmosphere were weird and not to the professional standard I expect.

We try, however it is fact that we can't please everyone. Seems the massage's were not your complaint as we do have great experienced therapist, therefore didn't expect that to be a concern so not sure what was weird as you did have privacy upon arrival as the previous couple were already in session upstairs. Open champagne is certainly typical as previous couple did indulge also. We did try to accomodate you as our last couple for the evening and unfortunately you were not greeted by our receptionist with forms as she would normally deliver. We do still appreciate your business and do hope you will consider returning so we can do what we do best.

My sister and I went to the West Bloomfield location for the BFF package. We got a massage and facial for a great price. However, when we got there they weren't prepared. We had to wait for over a half an hour, we had made an appt ahead of time. The massage was nice, facial amazing. My skin felt so sliky and smooth! I tried to remember what they did to recreate it at home, but there were too many things to remember!

Had a couples massage at the orchard and maple location. It was an amazing massage with champagne and chocolate before hand. The atmosphere was perfect for a spa. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

I recently had the best pamper day at the Franklin Spa in Bloomfield! I had a fantastic full body aromatherapy massage, a deep cleaning facial and a spa pedicure. The massage was so great that I feel asleep during it. I have not been that relaxed in years. The facial left me feeling refreshed and looking radiant. I will definitely be adding regular visits to my beauty regimen. The staff is so polite and personable. It is just the perfect environment. I could not have asked for a better day...
