  The Château Saint-Martin & Spa, a Relais & Châteaux property, is a 32-acre countryside estate located on the Côte d'Azur. The estate, once a templar castle, sits in the midst of century-old olive groves, rolling hills, abundant flowers, and manicured gardens, while its interiors capture the allure of its historic past, designed with 18th-century tapestries, lovely paintings, handsome wood paneling, and other remnants. Accommodations are decorated with period furnishings in Louis XV and XVI style, and include Provencal-type villas nestled on a hill, affording majestic views of the Mediterranean Sea.

  Recreational amenities include a 400-square-meter spa featuring La Prairie treatments, a fitness center, and outdoor swimming pool. Event space includes the 77-square-meter salon Matisse, which opens on to a patio setting.

The 400-square-meter spa, a collaboration between the Chateau Saint-Martin and La Prairie, offers guests a glimpse into Provence. The lush parkland, thriving with olive trees and lavender fields, surrounds the spa, which is housed in a separate building from the estate. Interiors provide a refined feel, with sand-colored hues inspired by nature's healing elements, and treatments celebrate the earth's bounty: body wraps are infused with honey and algae, scrubs use elements like salts and olive pips, and massage services make use of olive oil and basalt pebbles. The spa menu runs the gamut from Ayurvedic-based treatments like Abhyanga to classic reflexology massage to Pure Gold Radiance facials with La Prairie products. Hair, nail, waxing, and makeup services can be taken in the beauty area.

Each of the five treatment rooms are fitted with a private shower and chromatherapy features; additional amenities include a sauna, steam bath, dual treatment room, and indoor and outdoor relaxation spaces.

Château Saint-Martin features 52 suites and six private villa accommodations. Decor is inspired by Louis XV and XVI-designed furnishings, and rooms are appointed with marble bathrooms, cable and satellite TV, WiFi, and La Prairie products. The one-, two-, and three-bedroom villas, amid garden settings, showcase private terraces looking out over exquisite sea views.

Dining establishments include Le Saint-Martin, an elegant, two Michelin star-awarded restaurant offering gourmet French fare. La Rôtisserie, with its expansive terrace utilized for alfresco dining, boasts impressive views of the Riviera; guests can enjoy an ever-changing menu of traditional Mediterranean cuisine prepared teppanyaki style. During the summer months, L'Oliveraie, enveloped by ancient olive groves, serves light lunches. The hotel's indoor bar provides an intimate meeting spot for a nightcap; a second bar is available poolside. Private wine tastings can also be reserved.
