I have been going to Artisan for over a year for laser hair removal, along with facial, waxing, etc.. Up until the last two sessions I always had the same two techs, who were wonderful. The prices were slightly higher than some places but the spa is nice, and the techs knew their business, plus they were friendly. However, it appears the director has had some sort of meltdown, because he has either fired or driven off the entire staff. As of my last visit, literally everybody working there was new. I have kept up with the techs that had been taking care of me, and I will be following them to their new places. The last visit, the tech was pleasant, but it appeared she was new to the machinery, and possibly to the process itself. I will finish up the last visit in the package I purchased and will be finding a new place.

Quality massage; even the small details are perfect
This has been my favorite spa for almost 2 years. They get all of the small details right...heated massage tables, lights on dimmers, scented face cradles, fuzzy blanket on top of your sheet so you stay warm, complimentary water/tea/coffee in a dark, relaxing room in big comfy leather chairs. I will continue to schedule my monthly massages here.

I expected great things from Artisan considering how expensive the massage was. I was very disappointed. I made an appointment for "deep tissue" and got a "swedish" massage, which is a different price. The masseuse smoked a cigarette while I changed clothes, so I sat there for 10 minutes waiting for her (massage started 20 min late). Her hands and breath that smelled of smoke made it very difficult to relax. The massage ended a couple of minutes early, so I felt like I had been cheated on both ends. I don't recommend going there and i won't return, even though I have an unused gift card.

Best Botox Ever
Even though this was only my second experience w Botox, Dr. Samadi was far superior in his knowledge of where to inject then the plastic surgeon i went to. The post injection instructions they gave me were a valuable asset, never given to me before. Excellent price and results.
