i just went to this spa last weekend and it was the best. its the perfect place to relax and enjoy the time you have there.. i know for sure that you will forget everything..!!! the service is good what you need the will be gladly to give to you.

Spend your MONEY some place else... Not Worth it. all i wanted was to cut my bangs and they screwed something so simple ... I should have just cut them myself

I was in El Paso for a week and it seemed that everwhere i called there was no opening spaces. when i called avida i noticed they where quick to make time for me at whatever inconvinence to them....i loved my day at the spa

I went to Avida for a Brazilian Wax and I am very satisfied with the result! I have had this service at several salons for 7 years and this was the best yet! She really knew what she was doing, very professional and nice. I would definitely return for another! Thanks Avida Salon!

My wife recently made an appointment at Avida Salon & Spa at the Bassett Place location for a haircut for my son, age three. When she arrived she was immediately looked at as if she was not worthy of the services provided there. She was told to wait for 30 min. upon returning to the store, she was greeted with more "dirty looks" and poor treatment, and the staff kept delaying and trying to deny the services promised. if they didn't want to cut my 3 year old's hair, they should have stated so, not treated my family as people not worthy of thier "glorious presence". The Woman who usually cuts my wife's hair was not there, but she will no longer waste her time and money on the horrible service provided that evening.
